Just the weekend away we needed. The place was perfect.

My stay at Erin’s was a little getaway for tranquility/Ocean! Erin’s place is an absolute hidden Gem! The Beach cottage was so homely, surrounding neighborhoods were so welcoming! Very peaceful and Blessed! I’ve been away a week now and I miss it so very much! It was my first time away and actually renting an airbnb! I was scared at first but Erin was so kind to answer all my questions (which were a lot) 😅Erin went above and beyond as a Host! But when i arrived and seen her for the first time it was if I arrived to Family!🥹 I felt so nestled and cozy and couldn’t do without! I enjoyed every single day as Erin let me use her bike. I enjoyed rides along the beach, and bay, theres also the peninsulas ride share which is awesome takes you too so many eateries alongside 2nd st.! Everyday I Watched the boats from the bay and just sat and listened to the Ocean waves. The cottage has everything you would need! Don’t think twice like me! Book it😇 Thank you Erin! Great location and great host! Robert’s place was very close to the beach and walkable all over town. We parked and never started our car again until we left. Check in was easy. Robert’s place was immaculate and inviting. We had everything we needed for our weekend stay. Robert was helpful and very responsive. We would stay again and definitely recommend this listing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Eric’s. It was just as he described it. He was very responsive to us and we loved being able to walk to the beach and to restaurants.

I stayed here on a work trip and the location was extremely convenient for me. The unit was clean and free of clutter. Ubers found the location easily.

My Friends and I only stayed for one night. The place is really nice and is fully stocked from the kitchen to the bathrooms. We wished we were staying longer to take advantage of all the kitchen ware. The location is close to everything, the beach, restaurants, and downtown. We loved the roof top deck! Would definitely go back if it was available again.

Maria's place was absolutely delightful! The location is unbeatable, right near everything you could need. From the moment we arrived, both she and her husband made us feel right at home. Having a grocery store just across the street was incredibly convenient, and we loved discovering the nearby taco stand—such a treat! Gusto's bakery was an incredible find, just a short walk away, and we took full advantage of the easy stroll to the beach for free yoga sessions on the bluff. Maria's thoughtful touch of providing yoga mats was such a bonus! We truly appreciated that so many stores and restaurants were within walking distance, which made our stay even more enjoyable since we didn't need a car to explore the area. The unit itself was spotless and secure, plus it was stocked with a variety of extra amenities like coffee, tea, cooking essentials, and personal care items. Overall, I can't recommend Maria's place enough. I hope to return!

Sharon's place was great! The location along Marine is perfect if you want to walk to shops and restaurants. The apartment was very cute and beachy - perfect for a SoCal getaway. And a pretty good size space compared to other places I've stayed on the island - cute living area, desk and dining area, outdoor patio. Love all the plants in the courtyard too ;) Sharon was an outstanding host - very friendly, communicated clearly, responsive, and all around made sure it was a great experience. Highly recommend!

My family stayed here during the Christmas holiday and want to say this is such a wonderful place. I grew up in the area and this was always one of the more desirable neighborhoods to stay in, so 10/10 location. Aside from the great location, the place was perfect - easy to enter/exit, clean and open rooms and safe. It's a very comfortable and "homey" space with a great gathering area/living room and VERY comfy couches and beds. Marianne was also proactive about our stay and very easy to communicate with. I cannot stress how much we loved this place and how perfect it was for my family. We definitely will be staying here again.

Mel was the best host I’ve had! We asked if they had a tea kettle and she quickly amazoned it. The space is great value and the outdoor area is such a treat.

I had a wonderful long weekend stay at Nick and Kristy’s place in Newport Beach. Great location, close to beach and walkable to restaurants and shopping. Communication leading up to and during my stay was excellent! Kristy and Nick were extremely helpful and responsive throughout. The apartment is exactly as described and fully equipped with everything you need for a stay at the beach. The private rooftop deck is the icing on the cake!! Absolutely beautiful and peaceful for sunrises and sunsets. I highly recommend this rental and would definitely book again for future travel! Thanks Nick and Kristy!

Stayed here multiple times—great option

We really enjoyed our stay in Newport Beach! The location was the highlight—just steps from the beach and close to everything we needed, from coffee spots to great restaurants. The house was simple and not overly stocked, but it worked well for our needs. If you’re looking for a place with unbeatable access to the beach and boardwalk, this is a great option!

Udo was a fantastic host and provided everything we needed. He was extremely accommodating, and the house was absolutely amazing. The backyard was the perfect spot to relax and soak in the beautiful California weather. I would definitely recommend this home!
