Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Newport Bay

Maria thought of everything! cute cozy clean spacious stay. comfortable bed, kitchen had everything you need plus some. Great eye for detail.

Absolutely perfect for our needs. EVERYTHING was amazing. Communication was incredible. Juts wonderful. Enjoyed our stay. Do not even have half a complaint. Can’t say enough wonderful things about the apartment and the hosts!!! Def would stay there again.

This is my second time booking this air bnb and it was just as good as the first time. Location was perfect and still relatively close to LA and other areas.

Great location (walking distance to Santa Monica pier, restaurants). Has garage parking and EV Tesla chargers. Vidal gave clear check in instructions and accommodated our requests. Highly recommended!

I had a great stay, the apartment is beautiful and has everything you need in the kitchen. I didn’t try the gym, but that’s an option. As far as the host goes, he went above and beyond. Met me in person with the keys and when I forgot my ear pods, he made it possible for me to meet him and retrieve them after I checked out. I will stay again.

Everything was perfect and Kate was an incredible host. The space is exactly as pictured and was absolutely perfect for us. Kate’s communication was great highly recommend

The apartment was very comfortable and well presented. True to what was described. Grocery stores and restaurants were walkable, with the beach a short drive away. Communication from Alex was great! Will be happy to return

The location of this rental is ideal, a block from the beach. The house is well equipped, as pictured in the listing. Our host Rich met us at the house and was very responsive in communication. He monitored some minor maintenance activity in the upper unit to ensure we weren’t bothered by noise. We enjoyed having access to the 2 cruiser bikes and garage parking for our car. I was a bit put off by the multiple emails from HappiTravels prior to our stay. I understand that Newport Beach has very strict regulations on parking, noise, etc, but I didn’t need to be reminded repeatedly. Overall a good stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Very clean, very nice appliances, comfy beds and crazy nice showers. Short list of guest duties on check out. We had a small snag w the back door locking mechanism but all was handled very professionally by Edgar. We will definitely Hope to stay there again if we’re lucky enough to go back!!! Thanks for everything!!!

Improvements made to home we stayed at before. Ranch house had everything we needed plus air fryer, rice cooker, electric tea kettle in the kitchen. Roomy living room. 4 good size bedrooms.

This little place is one of my all-time favorite LA airbnb rentals--incredible views and lots of natural light, very private, kitchen was well-equipped, host was very helpful and responsive. It's very close to WeHo shops and restaurants and also just a short drive up Laurel Canyon to Mulholland and some beautiful hiking trails. I'd definitely stay here again.

Exactly as described and Elise is an absolute gem - so nice. Small, comfortable, clean space that has everything someone needs for a safe, convenient stay. Bonus to have carport right outside your tiny home door. Extremely quiet except for the occasional sounds of a local peacock - ha! Would not hesitate to stay again!

Absolutely fantastic property. Private and safe. To no fault of the owners, I might have ear plugs available for city sounds on weekend nights, but I will go back. The property is cozy and chic. The rooftop is spectacular but intimate. A fantastic find.

This place matches the pictures exactly as listed on the Airbnb site. Rosie is very responsive; she provided us with information on local attractions and brought us additional heaters when we mentioned that the room was a bit too cold for us. She also allowed us to check in earlier, which made our day much easier. The golf cart that came with the rental is a must-have. Since the gated community does not allow rental golf carts inside, we were glad to have our own. It made it much easier to come in and out of the community, which is a bit too far to walk, especially when carrying groceries. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of condiments and plates, making it feel like home. I would highly recommend this place to others. Thank you for making our trip wonderful!

Great stay - impeccably clean, convenient setup, walkable to Americana and restaurants (Regent coffee is amazing!), and I couldn't resist using the facilities - the deck and the gym. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!

it was the perfect day for a trip to Long beach. it had a great location easily walkable to a lot of great food places and the historic pine venue. the only thing I will mention is if you have multiple people in your party the couch pull out bed is a little uncomfortable so definitely have the children sleep on that lol. other than that it was the absolute perfect stay and exceeded our expectations.

Cute condo close to everything--the beach, downtown, 10 mins drive to groceries, restaurants, etc. Quiet at night (except my kids--sorry!) and safe to walk around. We took the kids to Legoland two days in a row and it was a 10-15 mins drive. Definitely will be coming back the next time we visit.

Loved this place. We were in town for a wedding and wish we could have utilized the amenities more. Close to beach and restaurants. You have everything needed for a visit. Will definitely book again if in the area.

This is a wonderful location! The kitchen is complete with all you need. Beds super comfortable, baths spacious and had shampoo, conditioner, bath gel. The layout was very nice and accommodating for our group of two couples. The shuttle to Crystal Cove was a special surprise. We were only disappointed that check out was 10:00 am. Otherwise a perfect stay!
