Two words: Unreasonable Hospitality. Nate, affectionately known to me now as Superman genuinely saved the day and provided one of the best hosting experiences I've ever had. Nate went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable and acclimated. The apartment itself far exceeds its photos elegantly designed, spotless, meticulously stocked etc. Every amenity you could possibly need is available creating a space so inviting felt like coming home rather than just staying away. The building atmosphere was warm and friendly bustling with delightful pet owners further enhancing the charm. Nate's attentive care started even before my arrival ensuring I had safely arrived and providing not just one, but two convenient entry methods to the building. The ease of parking right next to the apartment was the cherry on top. His vibrant recommendations for dining, and local exploration enriched my stay immensely. Nate sets an unmatched standard truly the gold standard in hosting.

place is clean, safe, and spacious, with plenty of essential items provided. Although I didn’t have much time to fully enjoy everything, the facilities were truly perfect. Most importantly, the host was always quick to respond, even to my many small questions. I truly appreciated the prompt communication. Highly recommended!

This apartment in Irvine Spectrum Center is good for short and long stays. Spacious, bright, tidy and comfortable. Daily necessities are well prepared. You can tell they put in the effort. The special touches are a small bottle of olive oil, a bottle of Maldon salt, and a bottle of black pepper. Fried eggs and steaks are very convenient.

Very nice neighborhood. Walking distance to Spectrum Center with everything there. Parking is very easy. Jay is very responsive. I asked for some extra quilt in the morning, which are ready in the afternoon already. Really enjoyed my stay there.

We had a great stay at John’s house. It was so clean and very comfortable. We went to Disneyland for three days and it was so easy to get there. It was nice to have the Jacuzzi after a long day of walking. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Disneyland.

Wonderful location within walking distance to shops, restaurants, a library, a playground, and beach. We loved heading out on foot to grab coffee and walk to the ocean, or to the beach along the canal which was so close and uncrowded. Great shower, washer and dryer in the unit, kind and responsive hosts. The window a/c units in each bedroom provided nice climate control. We were very comfortable and would’ve liked to have stayed longer. There is some road noise at night from the close proximity to 2nd street, and cars must be moved on Thursday/Friday due to street sweeping, but I was able to find parking a few blocks away on 2nd St, so I would suggest doing that rather than looking in the neighborhoods.

We enjoyed the house and private outside patio.

This place was absolutely amazing! I rented so my son and I could check the university campus. My son is moving to Long Beach from NorCal and staying at Shawn’s place made me feel less scared about the move!

It’s clean, quiet, good location and value. My family enjoyed. Highly recommend to everyone

Great host, not only is Matt’s place amazing, but he is a top notch host! Truly cares about his guests and quick response times! The house was incredible kitchen had all supplies so I was able to cook without missing anything! The fire pit and BBQ on front patio allowed for amazing memories! The rooftop patio, perfect for the morning sun! Walkable to Main Street and the beach! We never had to drive anywhere! Will definitely be staying here again!

I had the most amazing time staying here for my birthday with my closest loved ones. The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk to Newport Beach, with so many charming cafes and great restaurants nearby. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The space has such a peaceful, comforting energy, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The neighbors were also incredibly friendly, which made the experience even more special. If you’re looking for a serene getaway close to the beach, this is the place!

Ash’s place is truly a slice of heaven! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the gorgeous views and the beautifully designed interior—it’s clear that so much thought and care went into every detail. The space felt peaceful, welcoming, and instantly like home. I especially appreciated all the small touches that made my stay so comfortable—thoughtfully provided toiletries, essential home cleaning supplies, snacks, and even fresh flowers. Everything was impeccably clean, and the atmosphere was both cozy and elegant. Ash is an incredible host, making sure every detail was taken care of. If you’re looking for a beautiful, relaxing getaway in Laguna Niguel, this is the perfect place. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

Lauren’s place is beautifully decorated, full of light (on 3 sides) and we felt right at home. She had a welcome basket for us, many interesting books, a speaker etc… the gardens around the condo are wonderful and full of flowers. The spas and pools are also great but you need to check with Lauren before abt the access.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Newport Coast Villas. We chose the hotel because we wanted to hunker down after having had surgery in the area. The one disappointment was that we expected there to be room service but this facility doesn’t have that. Other than that, we were quite pleased. The facility is beautiful and the two-bedroom villa was very well appointed and comfortable. The communication and check in were seamless.

Kye’s place was super peaceful and a nice cozy place to relax. There’s lot of restaurants that are around and plenty of fun around town. Me and my man enjoyed our time there. And we will be looking forward to staying at one of Kye’s places again.
