Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Orange County

Perfect for a weekend getaway! Loved the neighborhood and surrounding areas. Nice and cozy. ☺️

Miguel is a wonderful host with a lovely home. We especially loved the convenience and security of having a garage to park in. We were able to load our car with everything we could ahead of time and since there’s a door leading from the fenced yard to the garage, we were able to load our car safely (since we could also keep the big garage door closed at the same time). Miguel is quite accommodating and agreed to a request of ours. We would absolutely stay here again.

Tricia is an incredibly kind and responsive host. This was our second stay at her property, and once again, it was a fantastic experience. The home is spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need—and then some. The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming, with plenty to explore nearby. We’re so grateful to have had the chance to stay here twice and are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you, Tricia, for being such a wonderful host!

It’s hard to put into words just how amazing our stay here was! First time to California with two children and it was like home from home! So much more was provided than expected to make it such an enjoyable stay! Levy was contactable any time if we had any issues and happy to provide info about things to do around the area! The pool was perfect and the boys spend many hours in it as well as the hot tub which was a godsend after a long day sight seeing or after theme parks! Super close to Disney as well! I couldn’t recommend this place enough. It’s refreshing to have a host that can’t do enough for you to make your stay enjoyable which levy certainly did! Thank you for everything and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if we happen to visit California again! Orange county was by far our fav place including laguna beach! So location was perfect too! We had a wonderful stay at Susan’s. The house was comfortable for the entire party, with 3 full bathrooms! The yard was huge and beautifully landscaped. We enjoyed the fire pits as well. Susan was very friend and responsive and communication was great. Would definitely stay again!

Very comfortable, clean, quiet, uniquely decorated and lovely spaces in which to relax. Great location. Hosts were very accommodating and kind.

This space was everything we could have imagined and more! Cozy, quiet, and felt like home. One perk, that was essential for us, was being close to the beach. You walk through the back parking lot & you’re there! I’m home laundry was a huge perk as well. We did end up needing some assistance with a couple things around the home & our host responded right away (even called to help!). Being new to Cali was made so much easier with AvantStay. 10/10 recommend!

This home was exactly as described and incredibly comfortable for our family of seven. We stayed for a week and found it to be a great home base — just a quick drive or Uber ride to Disneyland. We also visited Long Beach and Huntington Beach during our stay, which were both easy to get to. The location and accommodations made our trip smooth and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

This place was exactly as advertised. We spent hours sitting outside in the yard relaxing during our stay which is exactly what we'd hoped for. The location was perfect: right near the beach and restaurants but in a quiet community. I'd love to stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay at this cozy surf house near Huntington Beach! I booked it as a Father’s Day getaway for my husband and our daughters, and it turned out to be the perfect spot. The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the beach—and the house had everything they needed for a relaxing and fun trip. Our host was incredibly responsive and kind, offering great local food recommendations that helped make the experience even more memorable. You can really tell they care about their guests. The space was clean, comfortable, and had a laid-back charm that fit the beach vibe perfectly. My family had a great time and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Jan and Dale's place felt like home. When we arrived we had a nice surprise from them, snacks, a bottle of wine and fresh flowers. The neighborhood felt friendly and it was a 5 minute drive from the beach. They exceeded our expectations and we hope to return soon!
