Sunny and spacious home on the water with linens, AC, EV Charger, dock and roof patio. Home has modern appliances, bbq, fire pit, washer and dryer, as well as cookware, and dinnerware. Each bedroom includes private bath with shower and 2 have tubs. Master BR has private patio with great views. "Elderly friendly" with easy access. The nautically appointed living room, kitchen and dining area look out through sliding glass doors which allow you to watch the boats sail by. This is a quieter area of the Balboa Peninsula, walk to the Fun Zone, Balboa Pier or rent bikes and cruise the boardwalk. Parking for 2 cars. Come enjoy the Newport Peninsula.

Located just one home from the surf and sand. One block from the Newport Beach Pier, restaurants and entertainment. Recently remodeled with a new kitchen and appliances, stone bathroom, hardwood floors, queen size bed. TV in living room and master bedroom, pull out couch, patio furniture and a bbq. One car attached garage with washer and dryer. Two private patios. Single level, no stairs. There is no smoking inside or outside of the property. We prefer 7 day bookings; Saturday to Saturday.
