House vacation rentals in Newport Bay

The beds were so comfortable and the space was perfect for getting 10 family members together. It was good for teens and young adults as well as old adults. Lots of separate spaces to hang out and visit. Hosts were super responsive and answered any questions we had. All in all a really great weekend!!! Thank you so much!!

We spent a week at this house. It was the perfect resting place after moving out of our home while in transition to our new house.The house is tucked into a peaceful cul de sac, it was very quiet during our stay. The house is clean and cozy.We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and entertaining guests with a wide arrange of games on the patio. The location is close to the freeways so its easy to get to all our destinations. I definitely would recommend this listing and visit again.

The home and setting is beautiful! Perfect for our family coming from far distances to celebrate a graduation from a local University. Ahn was very helpful and quick to respond and assist with any and everything. Hope to have the occasion to come back again!

I had such a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was super cute and cozy perfect for a relaxing getaway. From the moment I arrived, the hosts were absolutely amazing. They were warm, welcoming, and made sure everything was just right throughout my stay. The home itself was thoughtfully decorated and had a great vibe. One of the highlights was definitely the game room it had everything you’d want to unwind and have some fun. But my favorite part was the movie room! It was so cozy and comfortable, it felt like having my own little theater. I spent hours just relaxing there with a blanket and some snacks. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations. It was clean, charming, and full of little touches that made it feel special. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and cozy experience!

Shayla’s plan was perfect for my family and I. We loved that everything was provided such as an abundance of towels/beach towels and kitchen supplies. Check in was really easy and communicating with Shayla was easy as well. We would stay at her place again!

We booked the place for our sons graduation at Chapman. It was perfect for family and friends to stay and pop in and enjoy each others company! It was not as close as I hoped for walking to things but super easy and convenient. Less than a 10 minute drive to campus. Our son lived close to campus so we could park at his house to walk to all the campus graduation events so this was totally fine. The pool, the games, the covered outdoor seating and the spaciousness of the place made it so easy and fun. The house was spotless, the beds super comfortable and the hosts thought of everything with pool towels, games, sunscreen etc. I'd definitely book again!

Fantastic stay at the Marvel house!! It was amazing with such great theming, lots to do, great scavenger hunt, and a super host! You must stay here and the grand kids loved the arcade games, heated pool, and movie room,etc…too much to mention….

Had an amazing stay at this beautiful weekend rental! The unit itself was modern, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. The location couldn’t be better — close to the beach, shops, and plenty of great food spots. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, which made our stay even better. One thing to note: this is the unit in the back of the property, not the front, which was a bit confusing at first, but once we found it, everything was perfect. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and stylish place to stay!

From check in to check out the host clearly communicated everything we needed to know. The place was stunning! We had plenty of room to relax and unwind after a day at the beach. My daughters and I stayed at Darren's over the holiday and could not have picked a better home. The location was perfect. From the ocean being steps away to fabulous restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance. The house confused me a bit at first as I thought the listing said "entire house" so just know it's the downstairs unit. But it's exactly as the pictures show. It has a perfect beach bungalow feel and is very cozy. Everything we needed was already there from kitchenware to shower products and even a hair dryer but most importantly for that area- a parking spot! it's a tight fit but it's a lifesaver. AND- Darren was a great host. He was so communicative. We never had an emergency but I have zero doubt that if we did he would have been available to take care of it. we will definitely be back!

never stayed on the bay side &I ended up loving it. beautiful &modern + huge front patio AND a back patio, perfect for my husky. barely left &already booked another visit in a couple weeks

Definitely would stay again! Very clean and well appointed. I’ve rented a lot of places on the peninsula when visiting my mom at her assisted living. This was the most elegant and comfortable. The only issues I can think of were the absence of a how-to manual (we never could figure out how to use the overhead fans or perhaps they were broken) and the sound quality of the living room tv speaker is very tinny.

We enjoyed our stay. Great host, always replied quickly, and kindly accommodated check-in and check-out requests. Thank you!

Location, location, location!! We loved our stay at this airbnb in Newport Beach. Being right on the sand just a few blocks from the pier and so many restaurants and shops was such fun. I worried about privacy with so many people walking, jogging, biking etc right past our front sliding doors - but I realized the glass is mirrored, so during the day no one can see in. At night there are full shades - so privacy was not a problem. The apartment looked just like the photos. It was very clean and had everything we needed despite how small it was. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. Great to have garage parking - but beware - it's a small spot. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Walking distance to grocery and coffee and supplies. Place had everything you need. Parking is tight. No ac and no tv in the bedrooms. But great place.

Our family’s stay was lovely. This quintessentially classic Balboa Island house felt like home away from home — comfortable, warm and inviting, cozy and quaint … yet spacious, too. We were all thrilled to have plenty of elbow room. Excellent location on little Balboa Island made parking super easy, plus the main walk-around area was truly a quick, easy stroll away. Appreciated the kitchen/baths being well stocked with basic supplies and essential equipment. Host communication was superb. Five stars!!!
