Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Newport Bay

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was clean, cozy, and the bed was super comfortable. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful, and the location couldn’t be better—walking distance to a market and plenty of stores. We did have a small issue at check-in, but Farah responded right away and made sure everything was resolved quickly. She was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this place and are already looking forward to coming back!

Absolutely perfect for our needs. EVERYTHING was amazing. Communication was incredible. Juts wonderful. Enjoyed our stay. Do not even have half a complaint. Can’t say enough wonderful things about the apartment and the hosts!!! Def would stay there again.

Will definitely be returning to stay at this location. The host Taylor was extremely responsive, check in was easy and smooth, and the place was stunning. The views, location, and amenities were perfect. Came for a business trip and this place was a sanctuary that allowed me to focus on getting everything I needed to done, then relax and have a great time afterwards. Location is close to everything. Perfect stay.

This is my second time booking this air bnb and it was just as good as the first time. Location was perfect and still relatively close to LA and other areas.

I had a great stay, the apartment is beautiful and has everything you need in the kitchen. I didn’t try the gym, but that’s an option. As far as the host goes, he went above and beyond. Met me in person with the keys and when I forgot my ear pods, he made it possible for me to meet him and retrieve them after I checked out. I will stay again.

The apartment was very comfortable and well presented. True to what was described. Grocery stores and restaurants were walkable, with the beach a short drive away. Communication from Alex was great! Will be happy to return

The location of this rental is ideal, a block from the beach. The house is well equipped, as pictured in the listing. Our host Rich met us at the house and was very responsive in communication. He monitored some minor maintenance activity in the upper unit to ensure we weren’t bothered by noise. We enjoyed having access to the 2 cruiser bikes and garage parking for our car. I was a bit put off by the multiple emails from HappiTravels prior to our stay. I understand that Newport Beach has very strict regulations on parking, noise, etc, but I didn’t need to be reminded repeatedly. Overall a good stay.

Danny was an amazing host, and this place is wonderful. Our family felt right at home and enjoyed every sunset for the week we were here. Danny was so kind, generous, and thoughtful -- we would absolutely come back here again and recommend it highly to any and everyone visiting the area.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and generosity, a reflection of James himself—an incredible soul whose kindness and hospitality made our experience even more special. The ambiance is both luxurious and inviting, offering the perfect blend of history and modern convenience. Waking up to the stunning surroundings felt like stepping into a fairytale, and every moment spent here was an absolute delight. James’ home is more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience, a retreat, and a privilege. We are already looking forward to returning and cannot recommend it highly enough! Beds are super comfortable.

Improvements made to home we stayed at before. Ranch house had everything we needed plus air fryer, rice cooker, electric tea kettle in the kitchen. Roomy living room. 4 good size bedrooms.

This little place is one of my all-time favorite LA airbnb rentals--incredible views and lots of natural light, very private, kitchen was well-equipped, host was very helpful and responsive. It's very close to WeHo shops and restaurants and also just a short drive up Laurel Canyon to Mulholland and some beautiful hiking trails. I'd definitely stay here again.

Great host, not only is Matt’s place amazing, but he is a top notch host! Truly cares about his guests and quick response times! The house was incredible kitchen had all supplies so I was able to cook without missing anything! The fire pit and BBQ on front patio allowed for amazing memories! The rooftop patio, perfect for the morning sun! Walkable to Main Street and the beach! We never had to drive anywhere! Will definitely be staying here again!

I loved this studio! It was quiet, comfortable, private and well-provisioned. The bed was super comfortable! It met my all needs. Parking was very convenient. Great value! I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Absolutely fantastic property. Private and safe. To no fault of the owners, I might have ear plugs available for city sounds on weekend nights, but I will go back. The property is cozy and chic. The rooftop is spectacular but intimate. A fantastic find.

This place matches the pictures exactly as listed on the Airbnb site. Rosie is very responsive; she provided us with information on local attractions and brought us additional heaters when we mentioned that the room was a bit too cold for us. She also allowed us to check in earlier, which made our day much easier. The golf cart that came with the rental is a must-have. Since the gated community does not allow rental golf carts inside, we were glad to have our own. It made it much easier to come in and out of the community, which is a bit too far to walk, especially when carrying groceries. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of condiments and plates, making it feel like home. I would highly recommend this place to others. Thank you for making our trip wonderful!

We absolutely loved our stay here, the view is beautiful and the place was extremely clean. Parking was great and it was private.

it was the perfect day for a trip to Long beach. it had a great location easily walkable to a lot of great food places and the historic pine venue. the only thing I will mention is if you have multiple people in your party the couch pull out bed is a little uncomfortable so definitely have the children sleep on that lol. other than that it was the absolute perfect stay and exceeded our expectations.

The home is very well sorted. You can tell it’s managed by someone who thinks of everything a guest may need and more. We loved the proximity to the beach and the EV charging outlet in the garage. Brenda is very responsive and on top of things.

This is a wonderful location! The kitchen is complete with all you need. Beds super comfortable, baths spacious and had shampoo, conditioner, bath gel. The layout was very nice and accommodating for our group of two couples. The shuttle to Crystal Cove was a special surprise. We were only disappointed that check out was 10:00 am. Otherwise a perfect stay!
