The apartment is on the second floor, accessed by a spiral staircase of a traditional 16th century Baroque building with lots of charm and Old Town details. It has been recently furnished with tasteful furniture and accessories. Here is a brief summary: #1 SPACIOUS BEDROOM with large king size bed (2x2 metres) and a wall of mirrored closets for storage. Fresh atlas linen provided. #2 LIVING ROOM Spacious and comfortable lounge and dining area, where you can relax, listen to Spotify or choose a movie from the Netflix catalogue on a 49” LED TV screen. #3 MEDIEVAL BATHROOM with a barrel vault ceiling has a panoramic wall mirror. Essentials and towels are provided for each guest. #4 THE KITCHEN is well equipped. As we love to cook, the kitchen has pretty much everything you need if you feel like cooking during your stay. The gadgets include a fridge, a stove, a microwave and a kettle along with cooking utensils, pots, a mokka espresso pot, a full dinner set and glasses, etc. Including coffee, tea, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and various kinds of spices) This is a non-smoking flat, but you are welcome to smoke downstairs in front of the house. The studio's working function has now been replaced by a recreational function and provides you with the opportunity to taste exceptional architecture in a small volume, set just above the lake. With the curved back wall of the Studio and in soft duvets, you will feel like in a cozy nest:)

The apartment is located in a beautiful area. On one side is the National Football Stadium and the Ondrej Nepela Arena, and on the other side is Lake Kuchajda. The city center is a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute drive away. There is free parking for one car in the building. Two large shopping centers are a 5-minute walk away - Vivo and Central. On the ground floor, facing the street, there is a grocery store and a pharmacy. There are also three restaurants - a sushi bar, a steak house and an Italian restaurant.

The little house, which is situated on the common land with the family house we live in. The house has a terrace with a fireplace and a sitting area overlooking the garden. There are 2 separate rooms and a bathroom with the sauna (for 2 people), which can be used. Bedroom has a queen bed, the living room is equipped with a pull-out couch offering comfortable sleep for 2 guests. There is no kitchen, so you can´t cook. The house was built in 1995 and was completely renovated in 2021. In addition to the two vacation apartments, 4 more condominiums were built. The apartments were completed in July 2021. The apartments are about 35 square meters with sleeping space for a maximum of 4 people (1x bed 180 cm, 1x bed 140 cm), are top equipped with modern kitchen block with microwave, capsule coffee machine, fridge with freezer, ceramic hob. PARKING ON REQUEST The apartment is located in the heart of Bratislava's Old Town, within a 5-minute walk of sightseeing, cultural events, dinner, or a stroll along the Danube riverside. Accessibility from the bus and train station is straightforward, with direct connections (10-15 min). The Bed is 160cm wide, and the Sofa Bed is 140cm wide. For groups of 1-2 people, only the bed is prepared by default. Please let us know if you want both to be prepared.
