The apartment is located in the basement of the house (pleasantly cool in summer). The landlord lives upstairs. A separate entrance, bathroom in the basement, toilet, private kitchen with basic equipment for cozy cooking evenings and many niches in the garden invite you to linger undisturbed.

Nice clean room with hot shower and toilet . For sole use. In the garden there is a garden shed that is a summer kitchen. Fully equipped. Garden / yard can be used. In the summer it is very nice to spend the evening outside. Only 3 min to train station and only 3 stops to Vienna Central Station. A bus station to Schwechat in front of the house. If you need a break from everyday live and wanna come back to nature, then this hut is perfect. Keth’s trailer in the nature, is hand made by Stefan. It has two double beds, a wood oven there can heat the hut up, there is a dry toilet and cold water from our own source (not in the winter.) there is electricity in it. There is a little stream nearby where you can find the fireplace.
