A separate entrance, bathroom in the basement, toilet, private kitchen with basic equipment for cozy cooking evenings and many niches in the garden invite you to linger undisturbed.

Mit deiner Anmeldung erhält ihr außerdem gratis die Burgenland Card mit zahlreichen Ausflugszielen! Der Check-in ist mittels Zahlencode rund um die Uhr möglich, auch wenn wir einmal nicht da sind.

Parking in the courtyard, 2 bicycles available. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and lots of books for use during the stay.

The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, living room (couch can be used as a double bed), room with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet. The train station can be reached in a 2-minute walk and offers a very good transport connection to Vienna and to Baden. Mödling city centre is about 700 meters away.

With three bedrooms, two completely suited bathrooms, and a free private parking place, it's perfect for those who need comfortable large beds or for groups of people. The two bathrooms add an extra level of comfort and convenience. Recently, we added a Samsung SmartTV(Internet-only) and a couch.

The guest room on the 2nd floor with a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom with toilet is accessible via a private entrance. Very central & within walking distance to the main square, the local infrastructure is easily accessible.
