To the airport about 25 car car cars. The garden house is good for couples, solo adventurers and families with children.

There is an outdoor eating & lounge area, and an extensive garden play area. Wooden play gym in the kids’ room so kids can play no matter the weather. Parking in front of the house, & a direct train connection to Vienna.

In Kittsee, next village you can visit Chocolate factory and Castle or do the shopping in Parndorf Outlet.

In 2025, I completely renovated another apartment and added it to my 4-star AVA apartment complex. AVA 3 is 60 m² and is located on the 2nd floor of the main house. Rooms: Entrance area, bathroom with spacious shower (1.20 m x 1 m), sink, private washing machine, separate toilet, large kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed.
