Sailing, kite / windsurfing, SUP, archery...are all just a few minutes away. Our 3 bikes provied an opportunity to explore many cycle paths and wine cellars. All in one price !!

Es befinden sich zwei Badezimmer im Haus welche eine Dusche und eine Badewanne beinhalten.

The spacious bedrooms are perfect for 4-6 people and therefore also ideal for larger families or close friends. The highlight is the lovingly redesigned kitchen. Here you will find enough space and everything you need to cook all the great delicacies of the region. A quiet, secluded courtyard invites you to linger and taste.

Cottage with courtyard in typical Burgenland Streckhof in the center of Illmitz. 6 bedrooms with 11 beds, some double beds are available. The kitchen has a large dining table and is equipped with all appliances. There are two bathrooms, one newly renovated in March 2026, and 3 toilets available. There is a dining table in the yard. Quiet despite the central location. Washing machine is available, as is Wi-Fi and 2 TVs.
