Wonderful House Costa Verde Tabatinga Pé na Areia

Wonderful house right on the sand, 10 meters from the beach sand. The house has a modern and sophisticated style, carefully decorated with beautiful, well-planned furniture. All in light-toned porcelain tiles. Living room with 80" TV and high ceilings, well-planned and equipped kitchen. Modern bathrooms with Blindex. Laundry room with washer and dryer. All 4 bedrooms have air conditioning, TV and well-planned furniture for up to 19 guests. Outdoor area with pool, barbecue and balcony furniture for happy moments with family.

My space is 10 minutes from Lagoinha beach, with calm seas suitable for children and the elderly. Easy access to the 7 beaches route, waterfalls, downtown by car, public transportation or for adventurers, that nice walk with friends. Shops nearby. Unmissable and unforgettable sunset.
