The chalet is beautiful, the condominium is very good, it has two swimming pools, tennis courts. To get to the beach, just cross the street. The host is very proactive. It was a very peaceful trip.

The loft is very nice, the condominium too. The hosts are proactive and made us 100% comfortable. Because it's a mini condominium, my dog played in the space. The house was extremely clean!!! The three chairs and the sunshade are super sufficient for two people. Because they are lofts attached to each other, you can only hear some footsteps and no voices, but that doesn't get in the way at all. We loved the stay and we'll be back!!

The loft is very pleasant, a condominium with full leisure, just minutes from the beach. Just cross the highway and you have an entrance that leads directly to the beach nearby. Very nice place. I'll be back other times for sure. Patricia was a sweetheart, always available and very flexible.

The place was simply amazing! Wonderful energy, everything impeccable and clean, decorative items the cutest thing, comfortable beds, had a fluffy pillow, delicious blankets and many useful items in the kitchen that saved us a lot! Besides the fact that Maria Clara and Miriam responded super fast and were very attentive. Thank you so much for the stay, I hope to come back soon! The only sad point of the trip was having to leave and say goodbye to such an incredible place. Thank you 💛

The apartment is complete and very cozy. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils and the room is comfortable. The furniture is in excellent condition, the air-conditioning works perfectly and the bathroom was extremely clean. The presence of Alexa was a differential, as well as the barbecue inside the apartment — all in great condition. I have no complaints. The hosts were great, and Marcos was super attentive in allowing me to enter an hour earlier than agreed.

A great option, close to the beaches of Tenório and Praia Grande, with easy access to the northern beaches. The loft itself is quite cozy and comfortably accommodates a family of 4. The host is super helpful and easy to contact. We intend to return again.

Perfect space for a couple or for a single person. I had a great time! Well-equipped kitchen with 4-burner cooktop, spacious countertop, high table with 4 stools... good for entertaining friends... Before, during and after the stay, I felt extremely welcomed and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and easily accessible. The host left several great tips on places to visit and where to eat. The kitchen is well-equipped, the bathroom has an excellent shower and the bed is super comfortable. I am already evaluating the possibility of returning and have even recommended it to my friends!

Exactly as in the photos, comfortable, well-equipped, close to Itagua, close to the Ubatuba mall, where there is a Sugarloaf, and well located for those who want to explore the northern beaches.

The accommodation is very good. It's nice, spacious and clean. Everything 10 points, comfortable and everything works well. The only issue is that to access the beach you have to go through the river, which is deep, you can't cross on foot. For that you have to pay 5 Reals per person to a boatman who takes you across. But sometimes when it rains, for example, he's not there and it's a problem. We recommend going to Praia do Alto, it is accessed on foot from the road and is very nice.

My husband and I traveled to Ubatuba, 1x per year. And the flat surprised us... impeccable cleaning, guidelines and instructions from Francine very clear, extremely quick to meet and respond, as well as immense education. The flat is very close to Praia da Toninhas, 2 square of the highway (on the other side is Praia). Nearby had a supermarket, convenience that also worked at night (with skewer and music), has a nearby restaurant (Spice Mágico - sell marmite, rsrs... to whom we went by bus and without previously organized food items). No complaints! We love it! By the way, bed is super comfortable and of good quality. Gela air conditioning super. Stove and fridge work great!
