Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Muntinlupa City

It is a pleasant stay (from our experience), however, I notice few things that made my stay somewhat not cozy. Despite of that, the security is recommendable, we feel safe that's why we're still satisfied.

Such an awesome and comfy house to stay. We enjoyed it a lot though it was just one night. The house is very beautiful. We had a good time taking photos inside the house. Every corner of the house is clean. The host was responsive. I didnt encounter any problems during my stay. I would choose this place again in the future. We rented the house as our prep venue for our wedding. It looked small outside, but was big inside. It has sufficient restrooms for guests and enough aircon as well. Great location. Host Shi was easy to communicate with. Highly recommended place for families and barkadas.👍

Had a really nice stay here. The place was clean and much more spacious than I expected. Everything was neat and comfortable, and it felt very homey. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a clean and roomy place to stay.

We have a great time staying at Rosan's place, my family had so much fun. They described it as one of the best staycation they stayed with. Everything was in Rosan's place from swimming pool, karaoke and games (bonus high speed wifi). The caretaker was so nice, I even asked one of them to buy an ice and do it without hesitation. The jacuzzi pool they make sure it was running until we are ready to go to bed and make sure its open as soon as we woke up. And Rosan was the best she will communicate with you from check in to check out. Over all it was great memories with my family staying in Rosan's place that I can bring back to NY.

We stayed here for a day family vacation with 14 people (10 adults, 4 kids), and it was absolutely amazing! The house is huge, clean, and beautifully decorated. The kids LOVED the themed bedrooms and the game room — they didn’t want to leave! The highlight was definitely the pool area — it felt like having our own private resort. We grilled dinner at night and enjoyed eating while the kids swam and adults doing Karaoke. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the hosts even provided a large oven for our pandesal. Beds were super comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Great communication from the host, fast responses, and clear instructions. Highly recommend this place if you’re traveling with a big family or group. We’ll definitely be coming back soon!

Thank you for hosting our family. The staff was very accommodating. We suggested adding contrasting edges to the stairs in the villa since they have the same color as the tiles on the upper floor, making them easier to see, especially at night. The place was clean! Great experience—we'll definitely come back!

I love how the host and the person who assisted us for check in- she also help us with our stuffs. Ac is kinda not that cold but overall it’s nice to stay and very responsive, other services is also nice like massage and bath I’ll definitely try the signature bath soon. We had such a wonderful stay at Villa Marciana! I stayed here with my family and it was the perfect place for us to relax, eat, and enjoy quality time together. The villa was incredibly spacious and exactly as described—clean, well-equipped, and beautifully maintained. The hot spring pool was beautiful too! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and looked after by the caretakers, who were so kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. They really made us feel at home and ensured we had everything we needed. We brought our own food and had so much fun cooking, eating, and spending time together in such a peaceful setting. The view of the mountain is a stunning bonus that added to the overall experience. Ben was also a great host, very responsive and easy to communicate with. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. Thank you again :)

Our company outing had an amazing experience with the available amenities. The cinema was fantastic. Staff were friendly and easy to deal with. Overall, the place was so tidy and beyond expectations. Kudos to Ms Elaine and staff!

We had an amazing stay at Jardin de Elena! The place is much more beautiful in person—the photos don’t do it justice. My friends were impressed with how clean and spacious the rooms and restrooms were. We had so much fun using the table tennis, basketball, billiards, swimming pool, and karaoke. The kids loved fishing in the tilapia ponds and eating the fish they caught—such a fun and unique experience! It’s just about an hour from Quezon City, so it was very convenient, and we appreciated the spacious parking. Big thanks to Kuya JR and his companion for being helpful throughout our stay, and to Aaron and his mom for being very responsive to all our questions. Everyone in our group had great things to say about the place—it made me so happy to see them all enjoying it. Highly recommended!

Such a hidden gem. The location is near a road but no sounds of cars can be heard when inside the property. The way in is a bit steep but manageable. You really have the entire property to yourselves with areas good for picture-taking. Ate Jenny is especially helpful and always responsive to our needs. Will definitely be back again. 🩵

The place is very cozy and the caretaker and the are very accommodating. The jacuzzi experience was definitely a good addition as well—with a free bath bomb! Thank you. Will definitely come back.

The place is very cozy, easy to find using google mal or Waze. Their caretakers are very friendly and accomodating especially Sir Ivan and Ms. Beth. We had our family reunion here and it all went well. We all enjoyed our stay especially the cold weather. The view every morning is my fave part in our stay here. We’ll definitely go back 🙂

They truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The location and view are nothing short of breathtaking — waking up to the serene scenery and relaxing atmosphere was the highlight of our trip. If you’re looking for peace, beauty, and a real escape, this is the place to be. The villa itself was super clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared, making it a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. You can really tell that a lot of care goes into keeping the place in top shape. Lastly, Ann (the host) is the best ever. Highly recommend this place!!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this cozy Airbnb! It had such a peaceful, Bali-inspired vibe. The space was beautifully styled and incredibly cozy, perfect for unwinding. I especially loved the outdoor area and the calming atmosphere throughout. perfect for relaxing I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable getaway.
