Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Muntinlupa City

We stayed at Marjorie’s Crib to be close to MOA for the pyromusical, and it was a great choice. The location is very convenient, just a few minutes’ walk to the mall. Self check-in was smooth and hassle-free, which made things easier since we were traveling with kids, a grandmother, and a nanny. The unit itself is clean and spacious. It’s functional, well-equipped, and the air conditioning was cold and comfortable. My only comment is that the bidet wasn’t very user-friendly (not the usual bidet). Also, the pictures on Airbnb should be updated to reflect the current MOA view from the balcony, as there’s now a building under construction. Overall, our stay was good, comfortable, and hassle-free. Would recommend for families looking for a convenient stay near MOA!

Raquel was a great host and very responsive. Place was clean and as described. Nearby to the airport and the neighborhood was peaceful.

My family stayed in the unit most of the time while I did meetings outside. Overall, there were no complaints from them and the kids loved the place especially the bathtub. We had to extend an additional night and Christia was super helpful to arrange another unit for us. If there’s anything to recommend is to upgrade cleaning tools as some are already worn out. Nonetheless, it was a place worth every penny for us or even more. We would be considering to go back to this place when we go to Manila. Kudos!

Great Place!! First thing my 5-yr old daughter said after entering the unit is that she wanted to relax instead of going swimming. At other staycation she would usually go change to her bathing suit straight away upon arriving 🥰 Thank you Ms. Glenda!!

I find Leyn's place very comfortable after long hours of travel from abroad. Sulit ang bayad. She is very friendly and very responsive upon queries.

No wonder they are Superhosts! Gil and the team were great. Location opposite beautiful parks, safe to walk day and night. Easy short walk to Greenbelt. Lots of restaurants nearby.

This place is awesome! The unit offers a breathtaking city view from the balcony and we really enjoy our stay. Also ate diana is really responsive and friendly. Definitely will come back here.

The entire experience was great. The place was even better than how it looked in the pictures and amenities including kitchen utensils are complete. The host was also very nice and responsive. They even allowed us to stay 30 mins longer to make sure tha everything is settled before we go. It would be better if the staffs would properly introduce themselves before getting inside the premise and taking pictures, medyo nakakagulat kasi pag bigla na lang may papasok na di kilala. We also had issues with caterpillars, although we understand that even the staffs are not sure where they are coming from, it would be best for this to be addressed as soon as possible as our children had rashes after spending time outside and in the pool and the only reason we can think of are the caterpillars(higad) all over the place.

I enjoyed my stay at Jo’s as it was just what I was looking for! Jo was super helpful and very accommodating and made me feel right at home ☺️

The place is great. My cousins and I enjoyed our stay there. The place is easy to find and the community is a guarded area. Nakakatuwa pa kasi the place is complete. Kumpleto sa pang luto, mag mga plates, glasses, and utensils, knives… highly recommended.

We stayed at La Prima for an overnight stay but the value we got was definitely more than what we paid for. Starting from the village gate the guards are very courteous when they were assisting us. The unit can easily be located. Check in process is a breeze. Upon entry, the house smelled clean and already felt homey. Bathrooms are clean and the master bedroom is really cozy. The hosts are very responsive with every inquiry that we had. We really loved their place. The minimalist interior is so relaxing and there are no clutter.

The owner is very accommodating. He adjusted in accordance to our needs—early check in. Also, the rooms are well-ventilated. The house has a high-speed wifi connection. Thank you, Sir Lucas.

Cheryl’s an amazing host. We were well taken care of. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting GenTri. My cousins and I had fun with the karaoke all night. Place is accessible and peaceful. Will absolutely have plans to come back here in the future.

We had an amazing stay at Winnie’s! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Winnie was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and made sure I felt right at home. A steal deal! What you see is what you get as posted in the photos. The unit was spotless and smelt so clean upon our entry, well equipped and all listed facilities / equipment are in good working condition. My son loved the soft beanbag. Added bonus, Melody and Ronald are super great hosts, highly responsive and helpful, includes free wifi access, mineral water, kitchen / dining utensils , and toiletries with a generous amount of fresh towels. The building’s entry formalities included filling out a few pages of forms by hand which I found quite redundant (however still a common practice here in PH with most establishments to be left back of the digital age). Exit formalities was definitely a lot more simpler! :)

The location was easy to access from the airport and it was easy to spend time there. This was my second stay at the hotel and this time I was able to fully enjoy the gym and other facilities provided.
