Staying at Sir Kris’s place was a fantastic experience! The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Balay Sa Air truly exceeded all my expectations during my week-long stay. The location is incredibly convenient, yet it's a peaceful, beautifully themed retreat. The fast Wi-Fi, full kitchen, washing machine, and iron made my extended stay effortless. I especially appreciated that everything had clear guides on how to use it, and the projector with Netflix and balcony hammock were fantastic touches. Ma'am Dione was always there to answer queries promptly, and when I accidentally broke something, maintenance fixed it quickly – impressive service recovery! This really showed their commitment to guest satisfaction. It genuinely felt like a cozy, thoughtful home. For business travelers or anyone wanting a fully equipped, modern, and stylish base in Manila for an extended period, this is absolutely the best choice. I will definitely be going back! Cathy was such a great host! She is very responsive and the instructions for her place were clear. It shows how she cares for the guests' satisfaction. She allowed us to do early check-in so we didn't have to stay out that long. The place was exactly how the pictures looked like in the app/website. Bedsheets✔️ Towels ✔️ no bugs✔️Ac and water pressure✔️wifi for foreigners✔️ To be fair, they didn't provide the room slippers so if you are icky about carpets, bring your own. The elevator may take time depending on the time of the day. Nonetheless, the stay was great. I highly recommend. We used to stay with Seda multiple times in the past but I can confidently say it is comparable with how clean and convenient it is. Plus her place is on the corner so it was extremely quiet at night with no outside noise coming in from the neighbors. :) Will book again!

Jins place was perfect for us. I like the lay out of the unit. Open plan kitchen and sitting room. The kitvhen is equiped for cookinh. The sitting room is comfortable to relax and watch movies. The bedroom has a big, king bed that is SO comfortable. There are 4 pillow and a duvet. Having Jin as host is lovely. She is always on the ball. Always quick to reply and very polite. Wifi in great. The cleaner, Fe (I think is lovely). Jin has offered us to leave our luggage in the room even if it is not ready yet. We extended our stay and moved to a different unit, she also offered to transfer our stuff to T1. We very much appreciate you Jin. Thank you so much for making our stay trully comfortable.

Beautiful, clean, and comfortable house within a quiet and peaceful community. The security to enter the community was also good, it makes you feel safe. Ms. Elena also made sure we are taken care of during our stay. There are ready water gallons that we can drink for free and there is no need to look for a laundry place cause there is a washing machine available that you can use. We had a fantastic stay here! The house was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with strong WiFi and plenty of TVs to keep everyone entertained. Having three bathrooms was a total game-changer for our group. The neighborhood was peaceful, secure, and quiet—perfect for relaxing. What really stood out was the host, Jennelyn. She was incredibly kind, patient, and communicative, even replying late at night when we had questions. Highly recommend staying here—we’ll definitely be back if we’re in the area again!

Veronica's place is perfect – Highly Recommend! We all had an amazing experience - relaxing, clean, comfortable beds and complete with amenities. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. Tatay Abet also welcomes us warmly and always their when needed. We appreciate that the host even provided us with welcome gifts. There are coffe and complete toiletries where you will that you are home away from home. The location is also perfect. We will definitely go back! :)

Our whole family had such a great time staying at Home Along the E.K. for 2 nights and 3 days! The house is equipped with top-notch furniture & appliances which made our staycation both comfy & convenient. Plus, it’s just right beside Enchanted Kingdom, which was a huge bonus for us. The place is super clean too! The host is super friendly and easygoing - loved how flexible she is which made everything stress-free for us. Thank you, Ms. Eva! The property manager, Ate Nadine, is incredibly warm and just a message away whenever we needed anything, which made our stay worry-free. There’s honestly so much to do: board games, PS4, Netflix, and even karaoke, which kept things fun the whole time. Definitely one of the best stays we’ve had. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a chill and fun spot near E.K!

Had a great stay! Host was very responsive and helpful! The place was SPOTLESS and smelled really nice! Literally so clean from the floor to the ceiling! Sheets looked new as well. My wife loved the pillow options they had in the bedroom as well which were 2 firmer options and 2 softer options. They gave us an amazing parking which was conveniently next to the elevator to get to the room. :) Highly Recommended!

The location is 8mins away from SM Aura and all other major spots in BGC. It was tucked in a gated community in a quiet neighborhood. The house is quite new and everything in it. Love the kitchen utensils and cutleries, the cute accessories and decoration at the toilet, the modern lamps are tasteful and the TV is huge. I also love the mechanisms on the sliding doors, it slides smooth. All in all its one of the best place we’ve stayed in Manila, so i highly recommend it.

Kamlon was the answer to our prayer at that time of need. We had issue on our previous place of stay that we need to book another place. Kamlon responded quickly and offered to pick us and drop off to his unit. My husband has a challenge of walking due to recent hip surgery, Kamlon made it smoothly possible with our transport. He even let us checked out late as our flight is almost at midnight. WiFi is very strong, the place is just walking distance from uptown mall and close range for almost everything. Thank you very much for being such a kindhearted person! We will definitely use your place in our next visit to the Philippines-My husband said, “Salamat Po!”

We stayed at La Prima for an overnight stay but the value we got was definitely more than what we paid for. Starting from the village gate the guards are very courteous when they were assisting us. The unit can easily be located. Check in process is a breeze. Upon entry, the house smelled clean and already felt homey. Bathrooms are clean and the master bedroom is really cozy. The hosts are very responsive with every inquiry that we had. We really loved their place. The minimalist interior is so relaxing and there are no clutter.

My early check-in request was approved immediately by their team and checking in was a breeze. Huge space, perfect for a family trip or a couple date. SM Sta. Rosa is just a 3 minute walk from the place. Highly recommended!

It’s a lovely house and the view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. The place is well-equipped and really feels like home. Air con works perfectly, and we had a great time staying here. The host was super responsive and helped us with everything we needed. Just a few small things to note - the curtains are blackout but still let in quite a bit of sunlight from the top and bottom. The main bedroom can get a bit noisy, even with the windows shut. The living room feels a little cramped because of the large sofa and dining table. Also, delivery guys aren’t allowed upstairs, so you have to go down every time for pickups, which can get a bit annoying. That said, overall, it’s a great place to stay.

Raul is very accommodating and quick to respond. The views from the bedrooms are great and the condo is exactly as described. The airconditioner works really well and can cool down even the living area. Will book again.

We stayed at this place before leaving from our long vacation in the Philippines. We really enjoyed every single bit of it. Host is very responsive, staffs are very friendly too! The master is huge and the bathroom! The host also provide air mattresses for extra beddings. The unit is really close to pool access. Kitchen is equipped with a lot of cooking and dining utensils. You’ve got everything you need here! Stores and restaurants are just outside the place ! We are very comfortable inside the house. We will definitely come back and stay again ! This is one of our family’s favorite condo we visited so far. Kudos to the host!
