The host is very warm and helpful. She will arrange every thing if you ask. We really enjoy the days in Malapascua.

It meets our expectation of an authentic Ilocano design of the place.

Thank you Lourdes for letting us stay! Our view, most specially in the morning, is spectacular. The caretaker, Kuya PJ has been fantastic! He’s very helpful, responses quickly and friendly. The only downside was we had trouble with our parking. The garage space is inclined and our van (which is lowered) couldn’t park there. We ended up parking the van elsewhere. Other than that, everything was perfect!

The owner is no nice makes me feel like home. kahit NASA malayo sya but she responded quickly and even the caretaker is so nice. thank you po ulit !

Atleast we were inform by sir luigi a day before nag magbrownout, but it would be better if they provided some alternatives or complimentaries sa time na nagbrownout like cold drinks or battery banks kay during check in up to 6pm pa nagka power... I would still book this place for my next visit in dumaguete. Suggestions for improvement Maybe they can widen the road upon entering the place or widen the gate, fix faucet and clean the entrance para wala nay dog lice.

I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb rental! Beth, the host, was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always responsive to any questions or requests. She lives nearby and checks in on if you need anything throughout your stay. The home itself is ideal for families, equipped with all the necessary comforts and reliable WiFi. It was spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Located in a very safe community, there was plenty to do nearby, from exploring markets to shopping at the SM shopping center. The added highlights was the large swimming pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of activities. As well as a playground area for my nieces and nephews to play. I'll definitely be booking with Beth again for my next trip!

It was clean and comfortable. Sub division is quite at night. The check in existence was easy. Everything in the house worked the way it should. Definitely made memories. Thank you.

This is a good place for those with big families. Espcially the pool is actually spacious enough for kids and adults altogether. Also, the barbecue grill is there. Most essentials are present!

This a great beach front home! It has a large pool, beautiful grounds, private environment, and a picture perfect view across the ocean. The home has 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, full kitchen, and large living room with a great tv and strong wi-fi. The air conditioning works great throughout the home. With beautiful marble floors and a large porch (where we took all of our meals), it is a classy place. We were truly on vacation when Gloria supplied a cook who prepared all of our meals. Her fee was very low and the meals were delicious! Jeb was our onsite person who cleaned the pool each morning and ensured that the grounds were kept immaculate. Gloria arranged our airport pickup with Ricky whose fee was also very reasonable. Gloria made our time time there even better from her greeting us upon our arrival to responding our questions very quickly, she truly cares about her guests. It takes a little extra effort to get there, but it is well worth it. We love this place, and you will too!

Thank you so much, Sir Bernard, for your quick response and for accommodating us immediately. Our previous hosting cancelled us 2 hours before check-in time, and we were already in Tagaytay. We saw Sir Bernard's listing and reserved the place. He immediately approved my reservation within 10 minutes. We were able to check in less than 2 hours.

First, the hosts were very responsive to all my questions and answered timely. Second, the place is beautiful with very open spaces where you can walk around. The furnitures are enough for big groups. (there were 25 of us). The big tables were very helpful when dining together and bonding with my family. The view is really nice esp when the wind blows, it’s refreshing and peaceful. My favorite spot was the 2nd floor with the rocking chairs facing the mountain. Third, the rooms are spacious and clean and to top it all there are bathrooms inside each room except the smallest room where the bathroom is outside but just adjacent to the room. Fourth, the pool is clean and warm, just the right size and depth. Amenities are good enough for what we needed on our stay. The price we paid was worth the place. The caretakers were helpful. I would definitely come back here with my family!!!

This place is beautiful, and is a secluded getaway. The amenities on the property makes it so that you don’t need to leave. Bring food prior to arriving to avoid having to leave at all! Ate Nat is the sweetest caretaker and is very accommodating. All Filipino food is not created equal, but Ate Nat’s cooking is delicious! Kuya Chris got us coconuts for the beach, and his music playlist has all the island vibes. I would return to this Airbnb & plan to in the near future! The private beach is living in luxury, and the optional boat add on is highly recommended. I loved everything about this spot. Don’t forget the Off spray/ lotion, the mosquitoes are something else. Victory was very responsive & I had no trouble reaching him.

Sir Herminio was incredibly kind, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. His generosity and hospitality made us feel right at home. We had such a great stay at this Airbnb! Our group of six had plenty of space, and what really made the experience stand out was the exceptional service from Reda and Kim. They were available almost around the clock—helping us order e-trikes right to our door, providing extra towels, and just generally making sure we had everything we needed. The hosts were super responsive and a accommodative as well, which made coordinating everything in a new country so much easier. The living area on the 3rd floor was spacious and perfect for our games night in. And the rooftop pool was incredible. We caught both sunrise and sunset from up there. There’s also the indoor pool when it’s too hot outside. Highly recommend this for a group of 6 or more people!

We loved our stay! The place was so nice and very clean. The property is beautiful. It was within walking distance to the beach and all the restaurants and shops in between. The hosts were great! Good communication and very helpful when we wanted to book a snorkeling tour and ride to the bus station.

Shiella Mae was really helpful and really fast at replying messages. The house was really clean and modern and it had all the amenities.

Comfortable place to stay . Size of the unit fits comfortably well for a couple (with a queen bed). Very handy to local amenities. Host very easy to talk to. Will recommend to be great place

Gustavo is very friendly and accommodating. He is also very responsive and can ask him recommendations on where to eat and but stuff. It’s fan-only in the kitchen/sala area. Microwave is available to use along with the pans and plates. Thanks so much for the stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway. It’s also very peaceful and quiet—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The host was incredibly accommodating, especially with our frequent headcount changes, and made sure everything went smoothly. The caretaker was very nice and helpful—he even offered to assist us in buying tube ice and charcoal for grilling, which we truly appreciated. We saw some previous reviews mention of smell of rust in the water, but it appears to be an issue from the water provider and is beyond the host’s control. That aside, everything else more than made up for it. The air conditioning worked great and kept the place cool despite the summer heat. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and hassle-free escape. We’d love to come back again!
