Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Philippines

Had a wonderful stay here at blue seas & skies villa. The host was really accommodating, the place was the same on what is shown in the picture. I highly recommend this place for vacation.

This Airbnb is a perfect blend of style and comfort! The place is incredibly awesome, with beautiful decor that makes every corner photo-worthy. Beyond its aesthetics, it truly feels like home—cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The location is also a huge plus, conveniently situated within the metro. Another standout feature is how fresh and pleasant the place smells, adding to the overall relaxing vibe. Lastly, the host is very accommodating and ensures a smooth and pleasant stay. Highly recommend!

Ver was very responsive and super accommodating with our requests. Roselyn and Bong, the staff, were very attentive, helpful and nice. The place was as shown on photo. Living spaces and entertainment area were what made this place special for us. And the view! It is on 3 floors: compact and spacious at the same time. We really enjoyed the space, the service, the location and the amenities. We highly recommend. And I am definitely looking forward to going back.

Sheradelle and Shah are very nice. They are responsive with all my concern from the inquiry, upon check in and until we checked out. Sheradelle was super kind to accommodate my requests from the drinking water to late check out. Place are just like in the photos. Minimalist but everything necessary for your stay was already there with generous amount and extras if you need. Shah was also kind when we met him before we left and welcoming us again if we wanted to come back. We enjoyed the huge jacuzzi and TVs ☺️

We thoroughly loved our stay! Very relaxing place. Quiet and peaceful. So much attention to detail has gone into this place. Super super comfortable and immaculately clean. Thank you for hosting our family. The staff was very accommodating. We suggested adding contrasting edges to the stairs in the villa since they have the same color as the tiles on the upper floor, making them easier to see, especially at night. The place was clean! Great experience—we'll definitely come back!

The place is a gem and was as described -- 3 villas with enough space for us -- a family of 15 with 6 kids -- to gather for a meal and to sleep. There was a pool and heated jacuzzi that the kids really enjoyed even if it has been raining nonstop during our stay. All amenities mentioned were also available. We cooked meals during our stay, btw. Their caretakers were also there to assist us. Really such a pretty place -- as it was foggy due to the rainy weather, it felt like we were in a Tuscan village. If only it werent raining, we would have enjoyed lounging by the pool or the patio. The host was also responsive. Thank you for sharing your space.

Lovely place but a long way from General Luna. Might have been my mistake but it was listed as General Luna but was a fair drive to the Villa. Tucked away and nice and Private but not much around other than a tiny Sari Sari store. Great if you are looking to get away from all the tourists in General Luna / Cloud 9 etc.

I cannot recommend this place enough! Stayed here as a group of 6 adults and a baby at the end of a trip around the Philippines and we definately saved the best for last! The house is beautiful. Very clean and comfortable and has all of the amenities you could need for a stay. The pool was perfect, comfy beds and great air con. The hosts and staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. They arranged transport for us, day trips. There are some great restaurants within a 5 minute walk of the villa (I would highly recommend the Mexican Cantina just down the road.) Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

Our group enjoyed our stay here and both the property and the host / staff were able to meet our expectations. - The location is very secure since it's inside a gated neighborhood. - The pool's temperature is not too hot, but good enough to keep you warm. - The villa has a good location to view both sunrise and sunset. - The staff provides a professional welcome, provides clear instructions, proactive in checking what the guests need, very responsive, and addresses concerns immediately. - The staff is perfectly on time with their scheduled responsibilities. - The location is marked accurately in maps / GPS applications. - There are nearby mom and pop stores, as well as chain 24/7 convenience stores. - There are good number of rooms and plenty of beds to accommodate large groups. - The property provides good and stable Wi-Fi internet connection.

This place had everything to make an 18th birthday sleepover with friends a memorable one. Had all the amenities for a party of 30 even large rice cooker and cookware with dirty kitchen. We were greeted by friendly and helpful staff the moment we entered the parking area. We entered the living room with such a nice welcoming smell. They gave us a tour of the place and showed as all the amenities. The staff was super helpful in grilling meat, setting up a dining place for us in the half court, even helping us clean up and loading the dishwasher. They were practically on call to replace water, the trashbag, and even offered to buy ice, coal, pandesal or even taho. The teens surely locked in core memories in the beautiful house. There was something for everyone from the half court to the game room, the swimming pool, the videoke area, and the coziest cinema room I have ever seen that was voice-activated. Location was also easy to order grabfood delivery.

A wonderful stay and the host went above and beyond staying up until midnight to greet us when our flight was delayed, arranging breakfasts, tours, transfers and even escorting us to our next accommodation in case the driver was unsure of its location. Thank you very much for our happy memories! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Amazing Stay at Balay Angkan! Balay Angkan is stunning & peaceful, perfect for big groups like families. We stayed for 3D2N, 18 pax at first then 7 more joined. We paid PHP 1,250 per extra guest. The villa is huge, very clean & aesthetic. For PHP 30k-35k/night (depending on season), you get the whole beautiful villa! The infinity pool, rooms & complete kitchen were amazing. There’s a long table perfect for gatherings. We just shopped & cooked our meals. There’s also a grill. Lots of bonding areas like the poolside long table & terrace upstairs. We also enjoyed videoke! So peaceful & quiet! The admins, especially Sir Don & Ms. Jen, were very responsive, kind & patient. The caretakers were also very helpful. Only downside was we weren’t allowed late checkout until 1 PM, but overall everything was perfect! Highly recommended—just make sure to book early as it’s always fully booked!

As pictured. The place is very peaceful and quiet. Although it is far from downtown, we could get food delivery to the location.

Kubo ni Inay is such a great place to disconnect from everything and plus our dog enjoyed every minute of staying here. Hoping to get back!

The place was lovely and Ms. Ann was very responsive. Shoutout to the caretakers as well—they assisted us in every way they could. Upon arrival, they immediately helped us unload our things, and did the same when it was time to pack up and head home. They also prepared a bonfire for us, which came with free marshmallows, graham crackers, and chocolate for s’mores—a really thoughtful touch that made the night even more special. They also provided free Barako coffee, perfect for a lovely morning with a breathtaking view of the mountain right beside the BnB. We stayed at the perfect time, as the mango tree was in full bloom. We picked fresh mangoes right off the tree, ate more than we can, and even had a few to bring home—thank you to the generous Ms. Ann! 🫶 We’ll definitely recommend this place. The only thing is that it can only accommodate 10 people, so I couldn’t share the serene experience with a few more friends. But still, I’ll be recommending it for sure!

This is my family''s second time at Kabsat. We were in Cabin 2 before but this one is just as great. It was a staycation but I still got a lot of work done because the place was inspiring and peaceful. We will definitely come back.

It was not just a stay in a cottage, it was the experience I will remember. It was not close to the nature - it’s inside the nature - with all its beauty and things not everyone can handle. I trully recommend stay in this isolated house just as an experience. Be prepared for lizards, spiders, ants, frogs and friendly dogs as well for sounds of nature, beautiful river, the best I have ever seen outdoor shower, nights with millions stars above you. Host is very communicative, the house keeper is very responsive and super friendly and helps organize things. The location is perfect for slow travellers who seek more quiet place

The place was accurate to the description and the pictures provided, and was easy to find with waze. The host and the house staff were very helpful and replies fast to queries. If there's anything to recommend, maybe they could also provide drinking water and adding that to the overall fee. Overall we had a great and comfortable time at the place.

Staying at Marty & Gerlyn’s has been absolutely fantastic. They are so attentive and give you all the help and tips you need. Gerlyn is a top talented cook that can cook you both lunch and dinner. It was so tasteful every time and had a good variety. Additionally, Marty is always very considerate about everything to make your stay the best for you, so your needs are met whoever you are. We enjoyed plenty beers in the famous Monkey Bar, Marty’s diy bar, while having great conversations, watching Australian football or having a tasteful barbecue. It’s a short walk to the beach for great snorkelling and we went on a couple of hikes with one of his local workers to some breathtaking places that you just don’t get anywhere else. We would definitely recommend staying there. We left with new friendships and only good vibes. So find your inner adventurer and go to Udalo to Marty and Gerlyn.
