Condo vacation rentals in Philippines

I have been renting units in Arezzo for years now and I consider this one of the best unit I’ve been so far. It’s so comfy and the stuff are expensive—you can tell. It’s worth the money. Thank you for the wonderful stay! 🩷

The place was great, it's close to a lot of establishments so there's a lot of options to choose from. The unit itself was clean, a lot of things were provided. The host, Warren is very easy to talk to, always responsive and easy to negotiate with as we asked for an earlier check in. 5/5 would definitely recommend to others. Thank you, Warren.

We stayed two weeks at Aziz’s place while visiting family in Manila. Aziz and his co-host Cris were super responsive, provided clear instructions and directions, and the place itself was fantastic. The condo is located in a gated, guarded and safe condo complex (this type of a set up is common in the Philippines). The guards were super friendly and helpful. Do not be intimidated by the surroundings (the street can sometimes appear rougher than what it actually is), you are only a short and inexpensive grab ride away from anywhere you want to go! And did I mention free parking?! Not only this, but the condo itself is immaculate, clean, spacious and has great amenities, including powerful air conditioning in both the principal bedroom, as well as the living/secondary bedroom, two comfort rooms (washrooms), a well equipped and stocked kitchen and a washer/dryer combo that does a fantastic job. I would recommend this place gladly!

Great place. Great host. What stood out is the lady that was cleaning the place after we left. She found two of our phones and called us to return it. Wifi connection is excellent. Thanks for the Otap, my mom loves it. Aircon is great. Just worked out really well with our group with the rooms just beside each other. Thanks for accommodating. Definitely will recommend.

We had a lovely and comfortable weekend stay at Irish and Marvin's place. Felt like home and everything we needed was there. 💕

My wife and I had a great stay at Jerry's place! The flat was super clean, just like the pictures, and the building has 24/7 security. Highly recommend!

Such a great place with honest and kind people! I accidentally lost my bag, and our host went the extra mile to assist me in retrieving it. Their support truly meant a lot. This was absolutely a great find. Highly accessible for transportation. Easiest check in to date. Swift and thoughtful responses from the Host. They were very flexible when I needed to extend via the app.

I had an amazing time staying at Tito's place! The space was exactly as described, clean, cozy, and very well-maintained. Tito was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and always available to help with any questions or recommendations. The location was perfect, with everything I needed just a short walk away. I particularly enjoyed the thoughtful touches throughout the space, which made it feel like a true home away from home. Highly recommend staying here and would love to return in the future!

Excellent condo in an excellent building! Location is solid for area amenities and the hosts were very cool too. Having access to a parking space was a big help too! Will definitely book again!!

Unit is situated on just the 2nd floor - a unique location with a pool view from the balcony. Serene surroundings of Tower 4, very courteous staff at the building entrance. Editha was a discerning host - always responsive and quick to resolve any issues I could be faced with. Editha was extremely courteous and attentive to every feedback I had provided. Just a 5 minute walk to SM Southmall entrance - the convenience of everything within reach elevated the experience of my stay here. Would recommend this listing for anyone planning longer stays. I would definitely consider planning my next stay in this very unit on my next visit. Thank you very much Editha 😊

Its our 2nd time and same as the first, it give us the homey feeling to rest and relax after our hard day work. We are now ready for the holy week travel

The map location and address will send you some where else…me and some friends all booked at Poco a Poco but when we got there the map told me and my buddy to go somewhere else while my friend and his buddy’s host met them at their room at poco a poco. Don’t waste a walk the location is at poco a poco. ( I know it hints at it in the photos but it’s kind of misleading when the map and address bring you else where). Maybe it will get fixed after this post …other than that it was amazing!
