It meets our expectation of an authentic Ilocano design of the place.

Thank you Lourdes for letting us stay! Our view, most specially in the morning, is spectacular. The caretaker, Kuya PJ has been fantastic! He’s very helpful, responses quickly and friendly. The only downside was we had trouble with our parking. The garage space is inclined and our van (which is lowered) couldn’t park there. We ended up parking the van elsewhere. Other than that, everything was perfect!

A very comfortable place to stay, clean and peaceful surroundings also a very accommodating host and responsive.

The owner is no nice makes me feel like home. kahit NASA malayo sya but she responded quickly and even the caretaker is so nice. thank you po ulit !

I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb rental! Beth, the host, was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always responsive to any questions or requests. She lives nearby and checks in on if you need anything throughout your stay. The home itself is ideal for families, equipped with all the necessary comforts and reliable WiFi. It was spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Located in a very safe community, there was plenty to do nearby, from exploring markets to shopping at the SM shopping center. The added highlights was the large swimming pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of activities. As well as a playground area for my nieces and nephews to play. I'll definitely be booking with Beth again for my next trip!

Great place for Palarong Pambansa next year.

This is a good place for those with big families. Espcially the pool is actually spacious enough for kids and adults altogether. Also, the barbecue grill is there. Most essentials are present!

This a great beach front home! It has a large pool, beautiful grounds, private environment, and a picture perfect view across the ocean. The home has 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, full kitchen, and large living room with a great tv and strong wi-fi. The air conditioning works great throughout the home. With beautiful marble floors and a large porch (where we took all of our meals), it is a classy place. We were truly on vacation when Gloria supplied a cook who prepared all of our meals. Her fee was very low and the meals were delicious! Jeb was our onsite person who cleaned the pool each morning and ensured that the grounds were kept immaculate. Gloria arranged our airport pickup with Ricky whose fee was also very reasonable. Gloria made our time time there even better from her greeting us upon our arrival to responding our questions very quickly, she truly cares about her guests. It takes a little extra effort to get there, but it is well worth it. We love this place, and you will too!

Thank you so much, Sir Bernard, for your quick response and for accommodating us immediately. Our previous hosting cancelled us 2 hours before check-in time, and we were already in Tagaytay. We saw Sir Bernard's listing and reserved the place. He immediately approved my reservation within 10 minutes. We were able to check in less than 2 hours.

First, the hosts were very responsive to all my questions and answered timely. Second, the place is beautiful with very open spaces where you can walk around. The furnitures are enough for big groups. (there were 25 of us). The big tables were very helpful when dining together and bonding with my family. The view is really nice esp when the wind blows, it’s refreshing and peaceful. My favorite spot was the 2nd floor with the rocking chairs facing the mountain. Third, the rooms are spacious and clean and to top it all there are bathrooms inside each room except the smallest room where the bathroom is outside but just adjacent to the room. Fourth, the pool is clean and warm, just the right size and depth. Amenities are good enough for what we needed on our stay. The price we paid was worth the place. The caretakers were helpful. I would definitely come back here with my family!!!

This place is beautiful, and is a secluded getaway. The amenities on the property makes it so that you don’t need to leave. Bring food prior to arriving to avoid having to leave at all! Ate Nat is the sweetest caretaker and is very accommodating. All Filipino food is not created equal, but Ate Nat’s cooking is delicious! Kuya Chris got us coconuts for the beach, and his music playlist has all the island vibes. I would return to this Airbnb & plan to in the near future! The private beach is living in luxury, and the optional boat add on is highly recommended. I loved everything about this spot. Don’t forget the Off spray/ lotion, the mosquitoes are something else. Victory was very responsive & I had no trouble reaching him.

Enjoyed our stay! Host was very accommodating, location was nice and cold, and house was well-kept and had great amenities.

Many rooms for a big group, situated in one of the most peaceful walking neighborhoods in the city - easy downwards hike all the way to the country club, with Wright Park and Camp John Hay not much further away. Outdoor balcony is wide and pleasant for morning coffee, albeit adjacent to surrounding units’; garage can park with care two midsized vehicles, or with one larger. Caretakers are efficient and responsive.

We had such a great stay at this Airbnb! Our group of six had plenty of space, and what really made the experience stand out was the exceptional service from Reda and Kim. They were available almost around the clock—helping us order e-trikes right to our door, providing extra towels, and just generally making sure we had everything we needed. The hosts were super responsive and a accommodative as well, which made coordinating everything in a new country so much easier. The living area on the 3rd floor was spacious and perfect for our games night in. And the rooftop pool was incredible. We caught both sunrise and sunset from up there. There’s also the indoor pool when it’s too hot outside. Highly recommend this for a group of 6 or more people!

Wir hatten wunderbar erholsame Tage im anitsa resort. Die Anmietung der Roller um die Insel zu erkunden, konnte direkt über die Rezeption erfolgen. Lage super um die schönen strände zu erkunden. Gegend viel schöner als Richtung Zipline und vanilla Beach. Die Zimmer waren exakt wie beschrieben, der Pool großartig, Frühstück liebevoll zubereitet, sehr lecker. Die überdachte Lobby lud auch abends zum aufhalten, Karten spielen etc. ein. Klare Empfehlung für diesen schönen Ort.

Mary was so kind to allow us to stay beyond the checkout time. The place was so clean and comfy. Has a strong internet connection. All in all our stay with Mary's space is a perfect 5! Will surely book when we will be back in MNL. 👌

We really enjoyed our stay in Casa Maria! The place is very clean & is exactly as it was described. Everything is provided too— food, internet (for 100 pesos), etc. Ms. Mary is such a good host too— very responsive & very helpful. One thing I did appreciate about the place is that there are books available for kids to read! The beach was very clean & clear waters too! We will surely go back soon. It was an excellent place to stay when you’re in iligan. Highly recommended

I only stayed for 9 hours as i had a flight to catch. But Very proactive and responsive host, Cherry gave clear instructions for check in. The place was very nice and clean. Bathroom was great. She reached out if i needed anything and i had forgotten shampoo and soap and she was able to accommodate. Highly recommend their place, short or long term stay!

The accommodation was spotless and well-equipped for our stay. I especially appreciated the hot shower 😁. It's conveniently located near the market and convenience stores, with easy access to transportation. I'm grateful the host allowed us a few extra hours due to our flight schedule. I highly recommend this place and will definitely book again.
