Our stay at Anne’s Airbnb was perfect! The check-in process was seamless, and the place was exceptionally clean and fully stocked with everything we needed, from extra pillows and blankets to thoughtful touches like snacks and toiletries. Anne went above and beyond by checking in on us during our stay, accommodating an extra guest for a few days, and even extending our checkout time to 7 PM for our late flight. The complimentary cleaning service was also a great bonus. Anne’s exceptional hospitality made our trip unforgettable—highly recommend staying here!

Airbnb was amazing! Location was great and quiet. Place itself was clean and had a lot of provided amenities like towels, soap, kitchen equipment, etc. Heads up the lobby and elevators do not have AC so it gets pretty hot. The AC in the upstairs bedroom started leaking but the host was very accommodating and took care of it in a timely manner. Overall a great place to stay, would definitely come back again.

One of the best family-friendly Airbnbs in the metro! We have a 3-year-old and a baby and we loved the bed set-up, there was also a crib for the baby. Our toddler enjoyed having the TV all to herself while we watched on the screen projector. Lots of storage space. Comfy beds. Quality towels. Very clean space. It has all the essentials you need during your stay. Everything about the unit was well thought of. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip!

Great price for the stay near BGC and the airport. Plenty to do and lots of restaurants nearby. Entering the condo is an easy self check in. I stayed for a month and was able to visit Kalinga and Palawan easily as well as exploring Manila.

Nice studio type unit. Liked the idea they have water dispenser, sofabed that's why it's good for 4. Soap, shampoo, paper towels, toothbrush, hair dryer, clothes steamer & cotton towels (not fiber that doesn't absorbs) , close to a hotel stay. Easy self check in. Very responsive host. balcony with pool view. definitely will keep this unit in my list of options for future staycation 🫰👍

Great place. A home away from home. A SM Mall close by. If your not a mall person, who just needs food. Dona Soledad has a lot of food outlets (fast food & dinning in). And a stand alone Grocery store closer than the SM Mall. If too lazy to even travel, there is a 24hr, YES a 24hr convenient store. The mini store got hot meals theres no need to cook. But Sir Richard’s place got the things you need to cook if your craving home cooked meals. The place got a pool. Its HUGE. And very safe. Mind me, people got to sign in to get in. Even for food delivery. So its pretty secure. Not a lot of noise. Pretty quiet place. Comfy bed. Good couch. Very clean place. Host and co-host, are amazing. I kept bugging them with my questions and all. But not once they were rude or gave attitude. Very friendly hosts. Kit!!!! Thank you for being patience with me. Hehehe. Sir Richard thank you for having us. Until next time guys.

Tony always responded promptly to our needs. The wifi signal is not that strong but he had a quick turn around for it. The shower could use some cleaning but the rest like toilet, kitchen, bed linens and furniture were all clean. Lastly, the building security/staff were all really helpful and friendly so we always felt safe. Overall, I would recommend staying here if you prioritize safety and convenience of being near most malls, restaurants, and St Luke’s.

Top notch customer service. I will definitely book Glaiza's place next time I visit BGC area. The place is very clean and walking distance to Venice mall, we didn't have to go far to find a place to eat; the varieties of good restaurants to choose from are located in the mall, but what really stand out to me is the AAA+ communication. Glaiza's prompt reply to my request. I left my 4 polo shirts in the closet when we checked out and just realized it when we are already in Palawan, I message her about it and she made an arrangement for the care taker to make sure my cousin get the polos before we return to Manila. Thanks Glaiza for the top notch customer service😊 It was truly a pleasan experience staying at your place. Mabuhay!🤙👍

Ms. Bel was easy to communicate with. He responds fast and she will make sure that you will have a nice stay. Her son was helpful during the check-in process too. The unit is literally what you see in the pictures. Clean and overly complete with kitchenwares, toiletries, water etc. We also enjoyed playing sungka!! The location is perfect and very accessible. 💗

I loved the place especially the amenities. Resort-Condo type living. The place is not that hot even though theirs no air conditioning. The view is well appreciated. For the ones using the MRT you can see Boni Station out the window. Hehehe! Maam Ada is so flexible with the Check In and Out, I really appreciate it. The hot and cold shower is a nice touch too. I didn't expect the coffee, juice, water and oatmeal thank you very much! Hope I can stay here again in the future. :)

The staff defines hospitality well and they are the gem of this establishment. The breakfast is so diverse and tastes really good! You can get to anywhere you need to as the location is perfectly in the center of manila city. I have no issues recommending this to friends and family. Adriatico Suites, well done and keep it up!

very responsive host. I was transiting to Singapore for three days and had alot of baggage so asked them if I could store my bags there at the hotel and they agreed to store all 6 bags for just P100 per day charge. saved me a lot of access to travel to Singapore and back. very friendly staff and host. really enjoyed my stay there with my family. the rooms were very spacious and exactly the same as the ones on the pictures. highly recommend this. and will definitely come back.

Loved that they had a duvet comforter which made my stay very comfortable! The shared bathrooms were also clean and had decent hot water temperature. :) The place is within Poblacion but the noise was tolerable since it’s not within the center. :)
