Courteous reception and a sparkling clean apartment that meets all requirements. Quiet location and easy access. We felt very comfortable in the apartment and would be happy to come back!

We were 4 adults and two babies and had a lovely, relaxing time in the lake house :) In the kitchen there is everything you need for cooking, including baby or children's dishes :) Salt and pepper and a starter pack of coffee and sugar were also provided. In general, the house is very well equipped for children or families :) A Kaufland and a few other food stores are a 10-minute walk away, which is very convenient. The surroundings are great, you can do a lot. We also liked to use the canoe (life jackets for the little ones are also available) :) Communication was also great and timely, and questions and problems were also addressed :) Only the early check-out at 10 a.m. caused us some trouble, but this is not in Jannik's hands. All in all a real recommendation :)

The house was just as described. The location great to us. In the morning, only the birds could be heard. At breakfast and dinner, we always had a visit from 3 blackbirds and two rabbits who were on the lawn. We were able to take beautiful bike rides. With our dog, it was only a few steps through the gate in the garden into the forest. We also liked the walks around the small lake. What was there to complain about? An open description for the TV might have been helpful. Maybe it was also in the drawer in the kitchen, where we also found the description for the oven. Which we needed, because the setting symbols on the rotary knob are printed very small on the side edge and you can't see them when you stand in front of the oven. But the manufacturer's designer messed that up. All in all, we have a quiet, beautiful vacation. Would have been too quiet for our children with the grandchildren

Great location in the centre of Hiltrup. The host, Andy, was very welcoming. The apartment ticked all the boxes. It was very comfortable and stylish. It was very clean. I would definitely book this apartment again when my wife and I visit my Munster based family in the future.

We spent a relaxed long weekend with 6 adults and 2 children in the wooden house. The wooden house is exactly as described: very cozy, well equipped (basic equipment in the kitchen, enough towels...) and very idyllically located. The communication with Norbert in advance and on site was very friendly and uncomplicated. We would come back.

We spent two nights at this beautiful place. The house is a true gem in a wonderfully idyllic location. Gisela is a warm, helpful and all-round wonderful host. We lacked nothing and we would love to come back.

Two of us spent an extended weekend in Mr. Braun's great apartment. The apartment is nicely furnished, has a great balcony and corresponds in everything to the descriptions. The location in the Kreuzviertel is great and the city center is within walking distance, there were also bicycles to rent, a parking space is in front of the house. Mr. Braun was extremely nice, accommodating and offered his help with everything. The contact with Stéphanie was also very nice, including the good tips. We would come back any time and the apartment is an absolute recommendation.

My time with Friederike was beautiful! The apartment is idyllically located in the countryside, surrounded by beautiful nature – ideal for those seeking tranquility and relaxation. Particularly charming are the chickens, which can be observed daily in the garden of the owners! Friederike was incredibly friendly and helpful, so I felt welcome from the start. Since I was allowed to stay for several weeks, it became a real "home" for me, which I left only with a heavy heart! It was particularly nice to spend the evenings outside, enjoy the fresh air and end the day relaxed on the comfortable outdoor furniture. A perfect place for a relaxing retreat! PS: Greetings also from my sister and nephews!

Was great. Everything was as described and beautifully decorated. Mal should note that it is an attic apartment and accordingly could get very hot in the summer but due to the good draft it is not a problem in the evening. Would recommend it again and again!

The basement was nice, comfortable and clean. The contact with Katharina and her partner was very relaxed and pleasant. The Landsheer dogs were sweet and soothing.

We spent a weekend there and were very satisfied. Petra was very friendly, helpful and the place was sparkling clean! Also suitable for cyclists! We will be happy to come back!

Great value, lovely apartment! We were on foot, no bikes or car and the bus services available between Dülmen and Rorup are limited. Mostly we walked from Dülmen to Rorup, which is a fairly pleasant, but 5 mile trek. If you have better transport than us, then this is a fantastic air b n b. Rorup is a lovely neighbourhood and there is a woodland right next to the apartment for morning walks.

Beautiful modern accommodation in a very peaceful residential area, yet convenient for amenities of nearby town centre, including a good supermarket nearby. Claudia has decorated her apartment with exquisite taste. All furnishings and fittings are of top quality, and everything is sparkling clean. The photos don't do justice to how calm, comfortable and harmonious the accommodation is. Private parking was a great bonus. Claudia welcomed us on arrival and showed us round the apartment. We were sorry only to have one night there, and would definitely return. Claudia has prepared a list of recommendations for the nearby historic city of Münster, which looks well worth a visit. Overall, a lovely stay in a beautiful apartment, with a very welcoming host.

The apartment is very clean, beautiful location in the countryside! Unfortunately, the photovoltaic system on the roof makes an unpleasant noise in the sun, otherwise you can really switch off and enjoy the tranquility! Check-out at 10:00 is quite early!

We had a very nice and quiet time at Silke's. Everything was as pictured, check-in and check-out was easy and clear. Unfortunately, the dishwasher and one of the shutters did not work at the time, which was really annoying (unfortunately, we had no information about this beforehand) and was a bit annoying for two weeks there. However, Seiler took care of it immediately, which was very positive. All in all, however, a very nice and great stay.

A very spacious apartment with a large sun terrace and a great view over the fields. Monika is a very attentive hostess: she gives tips on what to do in the area, we got a piece of homemade cake and several raspberries and strawberries from her own garden, we were allowed to use the garage for our bikes, she offered an inflatable pool and she provided two high chairs and cots for our twins. Improvement points: a fan in the bedrooms for the hot days and here and there we found some hair and a single spider web.
