The holiday home is a fantastic symbiosis of history and modernity! A several hundred year old house with romantic charm has been combined here with the amenities of today: underfloor heating, modern kitchen, dimmable light. Really great! In addition, the great location in the middle of the old town, very quiet and with a great park right outside the door. Everything was clean and super equipped. Even fresh tulips were at the table! In addition, Marina arranged a bike rental for us - a great service! We rarely had such a great vacation rental!

Super nice house and nice quiet location to relax and come down! We felt right at home and were totally impressed by the accommodation. Restaurants, grocery stores, bakers and a small beach bar in the vicinity and total idyll. Many beautiful hiking routes from the property even without a car. The house was super equipped and totally well coordinated. Every corner of the house invited you to relax. Felix and Holger were friendly, uncomplicated and quickly accessible. We definitely recommend it! Not unlikely that we will come again:)

Great place for larger groups on a weekend - everything there for cooking etc. Everything was clean. However, you should not expect great luxury.

We felt very comfortable in this small but nice cottage! The welcome by Hermann was warm and he showed us everything important about the house. There is everything you could need for a successful stay. The cozy rooms are very lovingly decorated seasonally. For a starting point to explore the Münsterland, the cottage is highly recommended!

We had a wonderful short stay in the cozy wooden house of Norbert and Rabea. The two are very friendly. Everything went smoothly, both in the previous communication and on site. We fully recommend the place. :)

Had a wonderful stay, the cottage was beautiful and cozy! Anything you need is here. A nice shower, nice coffee and super nice that the dog was welcome! When you are upstairs (the bedroom) it is a bit noisy, with a fairly busy road in the morning, but downstairs it is quieter. All in all, a nice stay!

Thanks to the detailed information about the apartment and the check-in, we had a great stay and were able to fully enjoy our time. Our host answered all our questions very quickly. The description and photos match and we didn't miss anything. The location was great - just a few steps from the rehab and about 5-10 minutes' walk to downtown. We were even greeted at Christmas time with a chocolate Santa Claus. If we visit Bad Essen again, we will definitely choose this apartment again!

The beautiful old Benke house has an incredible charm and is richly, practically and comfortably furnished. The garden is idyllic and the quiet green surroundings invite you to take beautiful walks. The bus from Recklinghausen stops right in front of the property (but we didn't hear anything from the street). The contact with Benjamin was straightforward and warm. He answered all questions promptly and is very helpful. Our children also felt very comfortable. We didn't miss anything at our family reunion and we'd love to come back any time. Highly recommended!!

We used the accommodation for four with two children (12 and 9) as a central starting point for activities in the Ruhr area. Therefore, the location was especially important to us. With about 10 min. walk to the nearest train station, you can get everywhere very well. The apartment is not large, but well suited for a family for a few days. Otherwise, we particularly liked the great view through the balcony and window and the freely usable small swimming pool. All in all it was a nice time!

Overall a really perfect stay. The house was exactly as presented and hoped. Plenty of space, plenty of sleeping options, sauna, bathtub, great kitchen and and and... Sabrina also left the pool "open" so that we could take ice baths before and after each sauna session. Simply phenomenal and highly recommended. Note on the four star categories. Here I was extremely petty. The location is on a busy road and not in the countryside - it didn't bother us, but maybe you should know. The apartment was also super clean and tidy but of course you notice that people usually live in it. And that didn't bother us, but it's not a five-star hotel. As mentioned - I was now very petty, so I don't give out five stars everywhere! 😅 But overall highly recommended for six people!

We spent the holidays in Dissen and the apartment was great! Everything was perfectly maintained, superbly furnished and clean. Communication was also very good.

I was Kunterbunt with my 3 year old son for one night. It was a super nice experience, we all grilled together and made stick bread. A great place to stay for both kids and adults. You can either cuddle socializing and animals or enjoy nature and the beautiful tiny house. We felt so warmly welcomed, we will be happy to come back!

We were very warmly received , even with a sweet Easter surprise. Uwe gave us many tips about the company and was always available to us. We had a great stay at Michael's "super cozy" place! The accommodation is furnished with a lot of love for detail, super equipped (kitchen, technology, light - everything great!) and simply invites you to feel good. Especially nice: the large terrace and the huge garden with barbecue! Despite the central location, you are completely undisturbed and have the whole cottage to yourself. Michael is a great host: helpful and responsive. I found the personal YouTube videos in advance very helpful and likeable. All in all, a really great place with character - we will be happy to come back!

The place was very nice and clean, hosts were very helpfull as well. When we arrived we were looking for the place to leave our bycicles, the host offered garage so we dont have to think about someone stealing it. Also we were looking for some place to eat and in notime, i got messaged with the reccomendation which was nearby. Easy communication and really felt like home.

Alfons and Pamela have created a wonderful place with their house in Mettingen, where you immediately feel comfortable. We spent Easter there with the extended family and it was just perfect: plenty of space, lovingly decorated and with a fantastic garden that invites you to linger. Even in the rain, it is wonderfully cozy inside, and there are many beautiful excursion destinations in the area – so there is no boredom. Alfons and Pamela gave us great tips that enriched our stay even more. Thank you for this relaxing time, the nice communication even in advance and the beautiful Easter in Mettingen. We can only warmly recommend it!
