Really nice apartment, description was great and also really well equipped. Would absolutely book again!

The apartment of Jutta and Horst is very nice and lovingly furnished, everything is thought of. We felt right at home and welcome. They are very accessible, very accommodating and friendly for any questions. Despite bad weather, we did a lot: a small hike, visited sights, made a detour to Soest, Bad Sassendorf and Arnsberg.

Had the pleasure to stay here for a few days. Everything was squeaky clean and as described. We already booked again for our next stay in Münster.

I travelled over from the UK, a roadtrip of sorts, Daniel was very helpful, clear in instructions, accommodating and kind. Anyone looking for a nice, clean, private space then this is the one.

It was a nice extended weekend in the attic apartment, the AMBIENTE was perfect and the hosts were absolutely accommodating from check-in, to the accommodation of the e-bike on the property, to the provision of information about the area and finally also the farewell / check-out Michael and Sandra

This was my 5th or 6th stay in Margaret's apartment. It is ideal for me - the right mix between quiet location and good connection. The apartment is tastefully and functionally furnished, Margarete is very friendly and proactive without being intrusive. I would be happy to come back.

We spent the Easter days in the beautiful house in Hörste and enjoyed it very much. There was enough space in the spacious house for three generations and we were even able to have breakfast together on the terrace in the sunshine. Thank you!

It was really nice & everyone was very nice. We were only a little surprised that there was no dish towel, no dishwashing liquid and no soap in the bathroom. If you know, you can just bring it with you & maybe it was also in the description and I overlooked it. We will be happy to come back anyway😊

Beautiful house with breathtaking views over Lake Baldeney. The house has everything you need for a good time in Essen, everything very high quality and even personal, which you can't find in every typical Airbnb. Throughout the house you can enjoy music in the best quality, for example through Spotify. Also, the house has a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you need and even several fully automatic coffee machines. You can grill in the garden with a weaver or relax in your own house which has a heated hot tub and sauna. The hosts Clemens and Mr. Siegler are very friendly, extremely hospitable and are always easily accessible. No matter what I asked, everything was always done to make you feel comfortable. Beautiful, small cottage in an idyllic location. The view was very nice, only the many boats that ride through the Ems on beautiful days disturbed the tranquility a little. the equipment of the apartment is impeccable and completely functional. Only the piano, which was indicated as an entertainment option, was not well tuned. This may be completely irrelevant in 9/10 cases, just a pity for us. There were also many spiders (nets) due to nature, which did not bother us any further. The cottage is not quite as remote as the photos may believe - it is located in a holiday home settlement, which was also no problem at all, as it was still quiet and single. As described, there was mixed mobile reception, which I found positive, as it can simply switch off even better (in the truest sense of the word). All in all, a clear recommendation, and we will consider it on further trips.

There were five of us in the house. Four spacious rooms for sleeping and a large living-dining area on two levels offered plenty of space to feel comfortable. There was nothing missing, neither in the kitchen nor in the bathrooms. Even spices were available. The pretty garden and terrace invited you to linger. The communication was very good. Super nice! Idyllic, large meadow by the house great for ball games or frisbee, several streams by the house + various cozy spots. Inside everything is very tasteful, nice mix of old + new, many wooden beams, very different room heights. Upstairs 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub. Toilet on the first floor would be more practical, especially as the stairs are a little special, just an old building. The remains of the former mill right by the house ensure a clearly audible permanent splashing. But you don't hear any cars driving by at some distance. Directly around the house there are only meadows, water, trees, fields and the neighboring house with 2 (?) other apartments. Many beautiful views. Brilon can be reached in 5 minutes by car, but you feel very nice for yourself due to the valley location. Weak Wi-Fi, which is noticeable when, for example, streaming music and using the library. Good coffee machine. Despite all the small criticisms or ideas for improvement: we felt very comfortable!

We had a very nice stay on Essen. The house is actually the most beautiful on the street and has its own charm. The location close to the Ruhr was perfect for a walk with dog. The apartment was very clean and tastefully furnished. We felt very comfortable there. Roman was a very nice and helpful host. We will be happy to come back. :)

We felt right at home in this sparkling clean spacious apartment! The new decor is thought out in detail and tastefully put together. We didn't miss anything, neither with the modern kitchen equipment nor in the living area. In the sleeping spaces there are generously planned closet spaces and storage spaces with practical hanging options. It was particularly pleasant that there is a guest toilet in the entrance area! Rarely have we experienced such perfect amenities on our travels! The communication was immediate and reliable both in advance and during our stay, i.e. excellent! The house was as described, clean and nicely decorated. Everything was available. The contact with the hostess was super straightforward, individual arrangements were no problem at all, friendly, nice and accommodating - recommended for everyone!
