The location is perfect: 200 m as the crow flies to the beautiful canal and only 2 km to the center always along the popular Warendorfer Straße, which is peppered with very nice shops. The popular nightlife district in the Südstadt and the harbor are also easy to reach.

Close to the city center (4 km), bus stop 150 m. The house is very quiet. You can look into an open field from the studio. Fully equipped kitchenette (sink, fridge, 2-burner ceramic stovetop, cabinets). Double bed (2 m x 1.60 m). The studio has air conditioning. For a toddler we have a baby crib. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with children). We pay a lot of attention to the environment: solar power, ProWindgas (green hydrogen), waste separation...

Welcome to the housekeeper's apartment (basement) of the former parsonage. The apartment is very quiet with a view over the private terrace to the garden. In 12 minutes, you are on foot in the city center. The apartment has its own parking space. Münster charges 4.5% accommodation tax for private overnight stays. From January 2024, the accommodation tax also applies to professional stays. The accommodation tax is not paid through Airbnb but on site.

It has its own entrance, a living-dining area with a single kitchen, a small hallway and a bathroom with separate toilet. The comfortable sofa bed can very easily be converted into a bed 1.60 x 2.00 meters. In the kitchen there is a fridge, 2 ceramic hobs, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pan, etc.

The apartment is located on the inside of the old fortification wall, which today surrounds the city as a promenade. So you are in the countryside and at the same time in the city center. We rent our attic apartment in the quiet district of Sentrup. Lake Aasee is within walking distance. Despite the urban location, it is very green. Instead of street noise, you hear birdsong. There is a small kitchen with kitchenette, a bathroom, as well as a sleeping/living area. You'll have these three rooms all to yourselves. Downtown is a few minutes away by bike or bus.
