Had a great stay and everything was exactly as described. The cottage is very well equipped and Dorothee welcomed us warmly. Small note: you hear the rooster in the morning if you sleep with the window open, at least on the side of the chickens, so real village life.

Great place for larger groups on a weekend - everything there for cooking etc. Everything was clean. However, you should not expect great luxury.

We felt very comfortable in this small but nice cottage! The welcome by Hermann was warm and he showed us everything important about the house. There is everything you could need for a successful stay. The cozy rooms are very lovingly decorated seasonally. For a starting point to explore the Münsterland, the cottage is highly recommended!

The place was even nicer in person than the pictures. We were eight of us there and enjoyed the stay very much! The amenities were great! We were allowed to check in earlier on request and check out a little later the next day. Norbert was really relaxed.

Communication with Ruth was great and we were received in a very sweet and friendly manner! The garden was perfect for our dog as it is completely fenced. I will definitely come back ☺️

Karin welcomed me very warmly. She is a great hostess and the stay was nice and uncomplicated. Her husband is also very friendly and the welcome by the dogs is heartwarming I can only recommend it 😃

Very nice house. The equipment of the house is great. A lovely sauna and lovely bathrooms. The seating in the garden is great. The only drawback, the garden is not fenced, which is a pity for a trip with a dog. There is a nice playground, a small supermarket and a restaurant in the park. The city and the castle are within walking distance. Overall, I can recommend the place without reservation.

We stayed here for one night with the family at short notice and were very satisfied. In particular, the communication with Hardy & Eva before and during the stay was always quick, nice and very eager. There were a few quirks in the house, such as the sauna door, which warps a little during weather fluctuations and therefore needs to be opened jerkier - or one or the other remote control you need to activate the outdoor heater, for example, which is not on the information sheet. All in all but highly recommended 👍🏻🙂

The beautiful old Benke house has an incredible charm and is richly, practically and comfortably furnished. The garden is idyllic and the quiet green surroundings invite you to take beautiful walks. The bus from Recklinghausen stops right in front of the property (but we didn't hear anything from the street). The contact with Benjamin was straightforward and warm. He answered all questions promptly and is very helpful. Our children also felt very comfortable. We didn't miss anything at our family reunion and we'd love to come back any time. Highly recommended!!

Felix is a great smiling kind guy who accommodated us in his cosy place . His place has everything you need, and super nice jacuzzi :) I also liked the nature around the house , so many trees ! Highly recommend to stay there!

We spent the holidays in Dissen and the apartment was great! Everything was perfectly maintained, superbly furnished and clean. Communication was also very good.

I was Kunterbunt with my 3 year old son for one night. It was a super nice experience, we all grilled together and made stick bread. A great place to stay for both kids and adults. You can either cuddle socializing and animals or enjoy nature and the beautiful tiny house. We felt so warmly welcomed, we will be happy to come back!

Great stopover during our travel from Germany to Netherlands. House was very comfortable and easy to check-in. Great coffee machine!

The place was very nice and clean, hosts were very helpfull as well. When we arrived we were looking for the place to leave our bycicles, the host offered garage so we dont have to think about someone stealing it. Also we were looking for some place to eat and in notime, i got messaged with the reccomendation which was nearby. Easy communication and really felt like home.

Alfons and Pamela have created a wonderful place with their house in Mettingen, where you immediately feel comfortable. We spent Easter there with the extended family and it was just perfect: plenty of space, lovingly decorated and with a fantastic garden that invites you to linger. Even in the rain, it is wonderfully cozy inside, and there are many beautiful excursion destinations in the area – so there is no boredom. Alfons and Pamela gave us great tips that enriched our stay even more. Thank you for this relaxing time, the nice communication even in advance and the beautiful Easter in Mettingen. We can only warmly recommend it!

We felt very welcome and were greeted with fresh flowers and a welcome bag with snacks for our dog! Everything was very lovingly and comfortably furnished with good amenities in the kitchen. When we needed a hand mixer, she brought us one directly and was generally very accommodating. The only drawback is the bed. Unfortunately, the mattress or mattress topper is so soft that it feels like lying on marshmallows. This is certainly appealing to some but we slept quite badly and my partner avoided the sofa at night. Nevertheless, staying with Karin is an absolute recommendation for a nice stay in Münsterland. Extremely dog-friendly and plenty of opportunities for long, quiet walks.
