The spacious 88 square meter vacation home is located in the Xanten-Wardt district, about 5 km from Xanten city center and 350 m from the Xanten North Sea. The house has three bedrooms on the upper floor (two with double bed 2 × 1.6 m + 2 × 1.4 m; 2 × single bed each 2 × 1 m), bathroom with shower and on the first floor the guest toilet, the large living room and the dining and kitchen area with access to the terrace/garden. The semi-detached house, completed in 2014, is modernly decorated and has a particularly large kitchen.
