Mireille is an incredibly great host. We felt well taken care of even before arriving at the property. The property has a perfect location right on Lake Phöenix in Dortmund and is very easy to reach. It was exactly as in the description, had everything you would want and was very clean & tidy. Mireille is very hospitable, accommodating and always make sure her guests don't miss anything. We would always come back & 100% recommend.

We stayed one night and were well received. Good and nice room . Toilet and shower we shared with a couple more and ok Had a nice breakfast served in the room . The host Wietske was nice and accommodating Can highly recommend

Very likeable landlord! Flexible, friendly and open. The garden house was as described, tidy and clean. No trace of mold. Not even in the bathroom, although it doesn't have a window. There was also no mold just swept over. I'm a mold allergy sufferer and the smallest spore in the room finds me. By the way, it wasn't cold either. There are working heaters in the bathroom as well as in the room. The statement of the negative review is therefore based on the hair.

The apartment is decorated with love and very well appointed. The location is very quiet and close to the Lippe. You can walk in the environment and great relaxing. It was a great stay on our bike tour, after the delicious breakfast it went the next day continue to Münster, we felt super comfortable with Andrea, happy to come back !i

Herma is a totally warm hostess. I immediately felt welcome. it tries to respond to any individual needs and wishes, you just have to express them. the location of the house is very idyllic and - if you listen to the navigation, it is also easy to find. It is an old mansion whose charm Herma and her husband have received and supported wonderfully. Just to feel comfortable. i have already recommended it directly and will come back myself. Thank you so much Herma.

The hosts are very friendly and have great tips for the area. Our requests have been accommodated and the three animal residents are sweet sugar. The room itself is clean and tidy, but with a small child it gets a little scarce in size.

The communication with Sabina worked out wonderfully and I was shown a lot of hospitality, trust and real interest, thank you very much for that! My husband and I spent the weekend with Sabrina and Dirk as we helped with a move in Münster. We were able to get to know extremely lovable, helpful, uncomplicated and open-minded people in Sabrina and Dirk. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the breakfasts and conversations together. Thank you! The place is as described. It is cozy and absolutely quiet. We will be happy to come back again to enjoy Münster and the surroundings. Highly recommended :-)!

Very nice hosts and a lovely place. I thought the rental bike offer was great and was grateful for it. This made me very mobile and saved me time in the morning.

I would like to thank you for this lovely break. My friend Daniel and I were able to store our bike in the garage after a hard day of cycling. We had an exceptional dinner. The head of the “restaurant” does very well to eat. The beer and wine were delicious. The “Irish music” was fantastic. Breakfast was great too. This place is exceptional if you are looking for simplicity, conviviality and very welcoming hosts. PS: Thank you for drying our things and shoes! 🙏 congratulations on your B&B
