Das Studio ist brandneu und befindet sich in unserem Garten. Direkt angrenzend gibt es einen Solar beheizten Pool (April bis Oktober), welcher von Gästen gerne benutzt werden darf. Zudem können Gäste unsere Fasssauna (10 EUR/2h) nutzen. Dazu gibt es eine ganzjährig beheizte Außendusche. Die Tiny Garage wird mittels Fuß und Wandheizung versorgt. Fahrräder können von uns ausgeliehen werden um die Umgebung zu erkunden wie die niederländische Grenze sowie das Naturschutzgebiet Zwillbrocker Venn.

I am happy to welcome you to the beautiful Münsterland. For you + companion, the construction trailer is ready, which is located in the garden of a detached house. The location is absolutely quiet. You only hear nature here. Nevertheless, it is not far to the city center of Lüdinghausen at 1 km. Bäcker, Lidl and McDonald's are 400 meters away. Bicycles for a short trip to the city can be borrowed from us free of charge. Exciting excursion destinations are just a stone's throw away.

Bed & Breakfast am Phönixsee Dortmund

Wir bieten ein 12qm Zimmer für unsere Gäste aus aller Welt an. Das Zimmer hat auch noch einen durch eine Glastür getrennten ca. 2,5qm großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Es befindet sich im 1.OG unseres Hauses. Ein Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche steht zur freien Verfügung. Neben der Waschmaschine und dem Trockner kann auch unsere Küche und das Wohnzimmer mit Kamin im Erdgeschoss benutzt werden. Auf Wunsch wird ein abwechslungsreiches Frühstück für 10€ Aufpreis pro Person angeboten.

In a quiet residential street, a beautiful spacious studio on 2 levels with small kitchenette, bathroom with shower, WiFi, desk/LAN, sitting area; 2 single beds (possibly another sofa bed in the living/dining room.) We provide breakfast, you take care of the preparation. No TV in the studio. In two minutes walking to the bus stop and from there directly to the city center (about 14 minutes). It's faster by bike, which we will gladly lend you. On foot in about 25 minutes.

Glamping in Riesenbeck with breakfast This place is anything but ordinary. You will sleep with a maximum of 4 people in the fully equipped Landyacht, the Dethleffs Globetrotter XXL A. In the middle of Riesenbeck on a monitored parking area of the associated private hotel Riesenbeck, you will lack nothing. Included is the breakfast buffet and the use of the 24 hour living room with drink bar, soups/snack bar, guest kitchen, guest grill as well as free coffee & tea.

Cozy room with breakfast for YOU!

You can stay here in a red room. It has a raised bed with a lamp. Part of the closet is for our guests with mineral water and towels/washcloths as well as extra blankets and a DVD recorder (approx. 700 DVDs available - I think that's enough for a few days...). We have now renewed or renovated everything, including the bathroom upstairs. See photos. By the way, on request - breakfast is also available from us - included in the price!

Vacation home on the farm - child-friendly

Get back in touch with nature at this incomparable retreat. In our guest shed, families can accommodate up to 13 people. Our house has two connected group rooms, a large self-catering kitchen, its own play area with treehouse and sandbox, which also invites you to campfire or barbecue in the evening. The highlight are our animals, we keep breeding endangered pet breeds, among other things.

Ruhig, doch zentral gelegen im Städchen Ahaus im Münsterland, an der holländischen Grenze, bieten wir Ihnen eine angenehme Übernachtungsmöglichkeit mit Frühstück.
