In the 85 m² vacation home, which is accessible without steps, there is a bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a spacious bathroom with a bathtub (also for showering), a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, as well as a conservatory on the first floor. Upstairs is another bedroom with a bed (90 cm x 200 cm) and TV. Also the living room with a sofa bed (1.40 m x 2.10 m), another couch and a TV. Private garden with covered terrace and lawn.

Welcome to our guesthouse! The newly renovated 25m2 guest house is an annex to our house and offers a room with a comfortable sleeping area as well as bathroom. It has a separate entrance with private terrace and access to our garden. Calm and shopping facilities as well as public transport is within walking distance. We live next door and will be available at any time if you have any questions.

VACATION HOME with fireplace, 80 m to the lake

Our vacation home offers space for up to 4 people on 48 m². The guest house is only about 80 m from Lake Möhne and in the immediate vicinity of the beach (with sandy beach, sunbathing lawn, beach chairs). As a cyclist or hiker, our accommodation offers an ideal starting point for trips around the lake or hikes in the forest.

The guesthouse is located in the first row at Phönixsee on the top property. The prime location of the house, the separate entrance and the private garden make it very unique at Phönixsee, among other things. With this unique home, all the important points of contact are close by, making it easy to plan your stay.
