A perfect house for us! It was very clean and spacious. The wood fire was cozy since it was chilly while we were there. The small village it is in is picturesque and we really enjoyed strolling through it and using the playground right across the street. The river is also across the street and there is a nice beach area. I would definitely stay here again if I return to the area!

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The house is modern, cozy and superbly equipped – just like in the photos. The terrace with a grill and seating was especially great, perfect for relaxing family evenings. The area is quiet and green, ideal for switching off. We felt completely comfortable as a family and enjoyed every minute. Communication with the host went smoothly. Clear recommendation – we will be happy to come back!🥳🥳

We felt very comfortable in the house, the equipment is very good. The heating with the wood stove worked out very well and in addition there are infrared panels in the bathroom and bedroom, which is very pleasant. We also enjoyed the surroundings very much, there are many hiking routes for every level. Communication with Anita and Mathias was very kind and informative. We will be happy to come back.

I can safely recommend staying at Birgit and Heinz's house. Very nice people, offering a home in a quiet neighborhood, well-equipped and cozy, at an attractive price. Everything was as described and the check-in was seamless. There is a private parking lot and the metro station is about 8 minutes walk. There is hot water at home, contrary to the description:D I could definitely go back on my next visit to Vienna!

A wonderful place for - especially for short parties: Super fast and uncomplicated contact, one hour after booking I was able to check in, everything was explained in person - I got 2 more blankets 😊 - The sauna was the highlight on the cold evening. And even though I was actually late for breakfast, I got another espresso. Absolutely recommended and VERY HAPPY TO COME BACK! Thank you!

We had an unforgettable time with our family in this wonderful house! The house is great and very cozy – you immediately feel comfortable and don't want to leave. Next to the house live two ponies and many chickens – especially for the children this was a real highlight and gave the stay a fairytale atmosphere. A real treat for the whole family! Mariana's place was pretty, cozy and super clean. Located in the quiet Hietzing district, 15 minutes to the Schonbrunn palace and approx. 25 minutes to the city centre by car. The house and surroundings are very nice. You have everything you need and above all peace. Communication with Martin went smoothly. We had a lovely and relaxing weekend for three with friends. We could have easily stayed a few more days.
