An architecturally sleek, light-filled apartment surrounded by meadows, forest, and mountains—modern, stylish, and consciously minimalist. Here, you will stay in the middle of nature, with maximum privacy and a mountain panorama. In the garden, there is a wooden sauna with sweeping views over the deer enclosure and the surrounding mountains. The apartment is located on a small organic farm that I run according to permaculture principles. There are deer in the meadows, as well as chickens, bees, cats, and a fish pond.

The Pandorf Outlet Center - to reach in just 10 minutes- a shopping paradise and great restaurants. Carnuntum Wine Region-5 minutes away by car. Have a walk through the wine yard, a lot of bike paths are waiting for you, Heuriger (local wine taverns with tasty traditional food) or buy wine from local wine producers. This 100 year old wooden house is surrounded on 3 sides by forest and offers a wonderful view of the Rax. The south-facing, sunny view extends from the Rax to the Preiner Gschaid. The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) and induction cooker completes the basic equipment. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.
