A nice place to stay awaits in a quiet location, about 2 km (1.2 miles) and about 80 meters (260 feet) in elevation from Stein, Kunstmeile, Donau-Uni, and the Danube. The apartment is ideal for 2-4 guests, but can be used up to max. 5 guests. The location in the Alauntal, surrounded by forest and stream, impresses with seclusion and the garden to relax and play. Unfortunately, you currently only have cell phone reception on the Magenta network.

Whether out into nature or off to the city. This place is the starting point for visiting Vienna, excursions to the Wachau or hikes in the Vienna Woods. It is located only a 7-minute walk to Neulengbach train station. Train connection to Vienna center is optimal, but to the airport is complicated. The apartment is on the 1st floor. We live in the wing next door on the ground floor. We are also available for tips and questions or a little chat.

The Bellevue apartment (100 m²) is located on the first floor of our elegant Art Nouveau villa, which was built in 1913. The villa is located in an idyllic green area at the foot of the Maurer mountain, away from the road on a hill. The apartment faces south and east and offers a beautiful balcony overlooking the impressive, centuries-old trees of the approximately 5000 m² park as well as the picturesque Vienna Woods.
