And if you want to visit the city of Vienna, take the train from Mödling to Vienna and after 30 minutes you will be in front of St. Stephen's Cathedral in Vienna in the city center. Directly from us there are numerous hiking and mountain bike routes, and a lot of cultural things to discover.

Accessible via a private staircase, there is an anteroom with kitchen, a large living room (dining table, corner couch and TV), three separate bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet, all on one level. In the 2000 m² garden, which is fenced all around, there are many cozy places to relax. From May to October you can use the pool, which is heated by solar collectors.

From May to September, relax in the heated pool and soak up the sweeping views. Heading to the slopes? A shuttle to the Puchenstuben ski area (15 min away) is available for a small fee. You have the whole first floor to yourself: The bedroom is lockable. You have your own bathroom with a bathtub and your own living room with a desk and TV. You can also use the pool. Final cleaning for free.
