Monthly Rentals in Montornès del Vallès

Excellent stay. The place is just as described and seen in the photos. It seems to be far from the city center, but it is not, it is very well connected with two metro lines nearby that cross the city. The neighborhood is comfortable, quiet and with all amenities. There was privacy and respect, but knowing that Yolanda was always attentive, verifying that everything was fine. Cleaning and breakfast included, which is a huge bonus. Very good place to stay. We spent ten days in Siscu's place in March 2025 and were very satisfied. The apartment exactly matches the description from the listing. We were warmly welcomed - although we don't speak Spanish, communication with hands and feet worked well. The neatly equipped kitchen could use a little more cutlery, but the dishwasher is a clear plus. Unfortunately, since we had almost continuous rainy weather, the washing machine was also a very valuable extra for us. The apartment was very clean and nothing could be heard from the dog guesthouse not far away with the windows closed. As a starting point for activities, we can recommend the apartment without hesitation, so we were in Andorra, Tarragona, Manresa, Montserrat and Girona. However, a rental car is an absolute prerequisite due to the somewhat remote single location.

Hi, very great place to stay.

I enjoyed my time here. The flat is light, clean and well furnished, with windows and balcony giving a lovely view across the bay to Barcelona, and the most beautiful sunsets I've seen. The propietors aren't local, but are helpful and respond quickly. Station & beach are 10 minutes walk and frequent trains take 30mins to the centre of Barcelona; they go on to midnight and there are night buses. Not a lot happening in Premia de Mar but, in winter at least, it's greener and more tranquil than Barcelona. I found it a great base to work and read, and combine with all that Barcelona has to offer.
