This spacious and cozy 75m2 apartment is located on a residencial area of Montornés Del Vallés. It is about 20 minutes by car from Barcelona and about 10 minutes from the Circuit de Catalunya in Montmeló. Nice quiet area for rest, but it also has all the services to enjoy a super fun vacation! You will be in a property totally independent from us, with independent access, but knowing that we will share the garden.

Beautiful and elegant Mediterranean style house with wonderful sea views. Ideal to enjoy a few days at the beach and the proximity of Barcelona. If you come by car, it has a parking space (maximum height 1.80 m) and if not, there is a train station 100 meters away that connects with the center of Barcelona in 20 minutes.

This is a very comfortable and newly built penthouse (2nd floor real). It has all the comforts for one or two people, including a full kitchen and comfortable living area. The sloping ceilings are beautiful. It's on the second floor without an elevator, but with a modern and comfortable staircase.
