Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Monterey County

Tammy’s place is a wonderful home to stay at while visiting the area. It is comfortable and clean with plenty of room for several people. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything. The backyard is very inviting and the hot tub is a nice perk. Tammy provided clear instructions and was responsive. Highly recommend!

This house is awesome for family adventures. It had every possible amenity for a vacation getaway you could need. The house was spotless upon our arrival and well-organized, with a detailed list of items available to ensure you had a great time. The Pacific Ocean is viewable from the second floor porch which seated six comfortably around the propane fire pit. There were many toys available for families traveling with children. Our toddler granddaughter really enjoyed playing with the many toys. The kitchen was well stocked with modern appliances. The location was just a few minutes' drive to downtown Monterey and Fisherman's Wharf. We absolutely recommend this Airbnb house in the Monterey area. Our host Meli was awesome. She communicated with us from the time we made the reservation until we left. Her instructions for the house were clear and concise. We contacted her twice while we were there and she responded to our questions within minutes. Meli is a top-notch host.

My group and I were in town for a wedding in Monterey. It was a short drive to Monterey proper. The home is private, tucked away in a neighborhood. Main Street has close by grocery stores, fast food etc. BJs home was clean, welcoming and had many beds to accommodate our group. We were welcomed with beverages and snacks and provided with clear instructions for check out as well as local recommendations. BJ was communication was clear, responsive and it’s evident he is an experienced host. I would recommend his home to travelers visiting from out of town.

I cannot say enough about this Airbnb! I desperately needed a comfortable space because I had my two year-old granddaughter and my elder father visiting me so I needed a single level. This home was the calm away from the storm for a family reunion. It was truly a place to rest. It was immaculate! I loved the little bistro!The host was over-the-top amazing as well! The only thing I regret is not staying another week.

House had lots of room for our whole family inside and outside with loads of seating. Kitchen very well stocked.

This was a lovely, unique and super-clean space that we truly enjoyed staying in! Location-wise it was a great home base for visiting Monterey, Carmel, and Big Sur. Cindy was a great communicator and an amazing host. The snack tray and fresh cookies that welcomed us were an awesome treat after a long day of travel!

Perfect stay in Salinas, not too far from Monterrey . House was very nice, and had all the amenities needed for a 2 nights stay. Highlight was the welcome basket and the PS5 for the kid. Easy access with a car , peaceful neighborhood. Would highly recommend to stay there

Cozy cottage indeed. We enjoyed our stay at Saddle Mountain. Facility was nice and felt like an upscale camping experience. Hosts were kind and welcoming.

It was a bit smaller than expected . Other than that it was a lovely place . Would choose a bigger cabin if going with more than 2 people .

It is a very special experience to get to stay on a private working cattle ranch. Mitch is a wonderful host, with a good sense of humor & interesting stories about the family ranch. It is very quiet. We heard young coyotes this morning. Lots of bird song and crickets. It is lovely taking a night stroll to look at the stars.

The property is very beautiful and located in a peaceful neighborhood. We had a great time with our family.
