Villa vacation rentals in Montecito

This was our 2nd stay at the property. We like the off street parking and the fact that we can easily walk downtown. Easy access to the freeway too. The rooms are beautiful and peaceful. We will for sure come back!

Our stay here was amazing. My husband and I brought our pup and the location was perfect and close to many local restaurants and beaches. Very clean and will consider coming back.

Loved our stay at Haller Coastal’s villa 5. It was only blocks away from downtown Santa Barbara (State Street). The villa was perfect for our family for a quick weekend getaway.

We had an amazing stay at this villa! The location was perfect—within walking distance to downtown Santa Barbara, making it super easy to explore the area. The villa was even cleaner and nicer than the photos, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We were also able to bring our French Bulldog, which made the stay even better. We truly loved our time here and would definitely recommend it!

We had a fantastic time staying here. The house is beautifully decorated, clean and exactly how it looks in the photos. Great walking distance to everything in Santa Barbara. We loved our stay here. The only issue we had was communicating to the house management company regarding parking our car. That took about an hour which we weren’t happy about as we had plans. Overall, we would definitely stay here again as it exceeded our expectations. Wouldn’t hesitate to book it again!

This unit is spectacular! Clean & spacioius. Walk to bars, restaurants & the beach. Everything we needed was here - kitchen supplies, coffee, beach chairs, beach towels, instructions, etc. Would definitely stay here again when returning to Santa Barbara!

This place was so special. Many thanks to Erica for such a wonderful weekend. From watching the seals from the deck, to the easy walk to the beach and farmers market, we couldn’t have been happier with the location and the house is beautiful and very comfortable.

Sadly, I got sick and had to hand the trip off to someone else from our group. But, I got many texts about how wonderful Camille's place was. I've been told that I need to book it another time so I can enjoy it. I was also told that it's the sort of place to stay for more than one night. Our group only stayed one night, and I know they all wished they had more time at this beautiful house and location. Camille is a great communicator and was very helpful and kind with changes that needed to be made as our group size changed. Be sure to get all the info about the number of guests, cars, speed limit, etc. You'll want to let this fantastic host know the details, so that all the costs are accurate. This beautiful home is deserving of respect and mindfulness., and Camille is swift to respond to any questions you might have. I sure do hope that I'll actually be able to stay here at some point soon! Thank you!

The neighborhood can’t be beat. We didn’t have to use the car except for a run to the grocery store and walked to the beach, harbor, pier, Funk Zone and State street with ease. Beautiful apartment and surrounding areas. We had Internet issues and Haller was quick to respond and resolve. Beds were comfy and excellent shower. We especially loved the beach wagon and kids books/games. It’s an older place, so noise travels easily, but neighbors were quiet. Highly recommend and we plan on staying here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! Martha was responsive, kind and welcoming, and it’s clear that she genuinely cares about her guests’ happiness. The home is situated in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, just an 11-minute drive from downtown, making it a perfect retreat. Our room was spacious, private, and comfortable. We also enjoyed access to a lovely, well-landscaped backyard with a big pool. While the water was on the colder side (in the low 60s), I didn’t mind it. However, I wasn’t sure if the hot tub was functioning. One suggestion I have is to add a coffee/tea station in the room (with milk and raw sugar) for those early morning wake-ups when you’re in a rush. Currently, it’s located at the end of the pool in the outdoor kitchen. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb. I’m so glad we discovered it and will definitely return on a future trip to Santa Barbara!

Martha’s place was beautiful. Exactly what you see in the pictures is what you get. Easy to find and a warm welcome when you arrive. We had a great stay. The only confusion we had was on a separate tax payment not included in the final price but was resolved with good communication from the host. Would stay here again.

The West Beach Villa 6 was beautiful. Spacious, comfortable and in a fantastic location - 10 minute walk to the Funk Zone and wharf areas. Beautiful patio out back for enjoying the lovely weather and a glass of wine. We would stay here again!
