This place has all you need. It's also near everything! Samuel was also very responsive and accommodating. He allowed us to have a late check out, which was amazing since it was our first time in Santa Barbara! Best part, it's pet friendly . Thank you for sharing your wonderful space with us!

A great place to relax and enjoy Santa Barbara! Quiet neighborhood close to the beach! Next time we hope to stay longer to explore more. SUPER comfy bed, I never sleep that well at home. Lynn was lovely and very responsive.

We will often try to find a “deal” near to, but not exactly on the beach - this time around we decided to find a place right on the beach, and we can say without hesitation it was entirely worth the small uptick in price and that we would do it again and again. The condo is amazing - you are literally a few feet from the sand, with nothing blocking your view or access of the ocean. The beach is huge, with ample space to find your own little comfortable spot, and within easy reach of the condo for snacks and refreshments. The interior space is well laid out, with lots of space, super up-to-date kitchen, and plenty of room to sleep our family of 5. Everything worked as expected and everything we needed was within arms reach. Plus, there’s a “gear room” of sorts with all kinds of games, sand toys, beach chairs, and bikes. We had zero concerns or complaints here - only good experiences. We do want to express gratitude to Daniel, as he is super responsive and helpful!

Our family had a wonderful time at this space. The unit was comfortable, spacious and very well stocked. We enjoyed the short hike along the bluffs to watch dolphins and seals. We spent hours on the wonderful beach steps away. The comfortable heated pool and hot tub were a great way to end the day. We would love to return one day.

Great location, one block from the beach. You can walk to restaurants, shops, groceries, etc. Nice remodeled unit and very clean. Complex is quiet and well kept.

Rob is definitely a super host, and the location is so enjoyable, with walking distance to the sand, and town! My fiance and I will definitely look forward to another stay, and recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm relaxing get away.

This is a fantastic location. We “day camped” with friends who were staying in the state park. The apartment was located a walkable distance to the campgrounds. The apartment was exactly as described on the website. Well appointed and included all of the listed amenities. We had a small snafu at check in, but Chris (host) was easy to reach and more than helpful. He was very interested in me having the best experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Lovely place! Beach vibe. Super location. We could walk to everything in town, shops restaurants etc. and just steps to the beach entrance.

We had a great stay. The host is so kind, helpful, and accommodating! We had two adults and four kids, and the home had plenty of space. The home sits right on the 101 freeway and a train track, which was the only downside. Out of the host’s control though!

David was very easy to work with an accommodating for an early check in. The house was clean upon arrival and steps from the beach. This is a perfect house for a small family get away.

This house has a certain charm. There are many custom features such as stained glass doors and stained glass on windows, soaring ceilings, and skylights. The wood finishes in the kitchen and bath are very different. The colors were soothing. We enjoyed the decks during our stay. In the morning, the sunrise seen from the living room deck was glorious. The rooftop deck was fun. All in all, it was a unique stay and atmosphere. I must note that it is a VERY short walk to Mesa Lane Steps and the Douglas Family Preserve. Beach access from the steps is well worth the walk! We visited Goleta Beach Recreational Pier and the surrounding beach, with easy public access. FUN, FUN, FUN.

The pictures don’t do it justice this place is great! Only a 5 minute walk into town and the same for the beach. Our pup had a great time in the backyard area as well. Definitely recommend

Heaven ON EARTH. Perfection, from the wrap around deck with ocean views, to the gas bar b que, sectional sofa WITH fire pit. Dining table too! Comfortable beds, beautiful interior design & walk ability. This place HAS IT ALL🏆👌🏽

We had another wonderful week at Samanthas beachfront home. Great location, wonderful neighborhood, and in the charming town of Carp. We will be back again in the future.
