There are plenty of dining options/bars within walking distance, a convenient market and our favorite trendy coffee spot right across the street. If you are a couple looking for a beach get away, solo adventurer, business traveler or a family looking for a fun place to stay right in the heart of Ventura, you will love it here!

There is a wonderful farmer's market 1/2 block away Thursday afternoons. Park in your own spot and walk 0.6 miles to Leadbetter beach or enjoy all of the restaurants at the harbor. Watch the sunset from the private patio while sipping a glass of Santa Barbara Syrah.

Mountain View from bedroom window and only steps to one of California’s premiere family friendly beaches. Quick walk to world famous “the Spot” burgers but really, it’s all about the beach, it’s like so close! Walking trails in the wetlands are close too, the kids love exploring there. Carp’s got some cool restaurants too, our favorite is Teddy’s by the Sea. Partly because our dog is named Teddy but food’s pretty good too!

1 Bedroom Beach Bungalow - Near East Beach

Studio near east beach making it easy to walk over and have yourself a beach day. If your looking to hit the downtown area then you could walk the beach there, would take about 30 minutes or a few minute drive. Zoo nearby, east beach volley ball courts nearby! No parking 10/6 until friday. The city is tearing up the side walk and has blocked off the driveway until they finish friday afternoon.
