Very accommodating - listed for three nights we asked for two nights and Robert and Arlina made it happen.

Great house for our family. All adult children had their own bedrooms, kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the rooftop patio. Very close to the beach, just 1 minute walk.

A Perfect Getaway! We had such a wonderful stay at this charming rental! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The house was cozy, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated with so much attention to detail. Every comfort you could think of was thoughtfully provided—from the fully stocked kitchen to the soft, luxurious linens. The beds were incredibly comfortable; we all slept so well! The whole process, from booking to check-in, was seamless, and the owners were a pleasure to work with—friendly, responsive, and accommodating. It’s clear they’ve put so much care into making this home a special place for guests. Although it’s conveniently close to the beach and some great restaurants, we found ourselves not wanting to leave the house—it was just that lovely and relaxing. All the extra touches truly made this feel like a home away from home. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

What an absolute gem of a house in the perfect little California beach town 🤩 The pictures are accurate but don’t really do justice to how seamlessly this house blends vintage character with modern comfort. The updated amenities ensured we had everything we could possibly need for a perfect vacation. The location is simply perfect – just steps from the beach, with a private patio that was our favorite spot for an evening drink. Right in the heart of restaurants and shopping, but it was never loud or distracting. Beach was a short walk, and the provided chairs/wagon was so helpful! Carp is one of our favorite spots and this is easily one of our favorite houses we’ve stayed in anywhere - loved everything about it and can’t wait to return!

We really enjoyed staying here. Chrystine was friendly and responsive, we felt welcome and comfortable in the house, and it was a great home base for a number of activities in Santa Ynez and the surrounding area.

We had a great stay at Sarah and Mario’s. We were in town for a wedding. Hosts were friendly and quick to respond. They had a good recommendations for local sites. The location is spectacular. You are one block off the main Solvang scene so everything is in walking distance but you are far from the noise. The house is as described and comfortable. The space heaters took some getting used to in each room. The one in the en-suite bedroom made a bit of noise which interrupted some sleep. One of the sleeping spaces is separated from the living room by a curtain which didn’t please our dauther. The kitchen although well stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils, didn’t include any spices or cooking oils, etc. We did end up finding bulk spices, including salt and pepper available at the Nature’s Market down the road. Ultimately, we had a good stay and enjoyed the house. Lots of room for all of us and great location!

Amazing house in the perfect location for our family of 8 trip with 2 Infants. The owner was very responsive. The house was clean, cozy & peaceful. Had all the essentials. Stocked with towels, pillows, toiletries. Very comfortable and spacious with tons of family hangout areas in the house. Cool little putting green in the front area & picnic area atop of the house. There was a fireplace which was nice added addition since it was cold the nights we stayed. The house is attached to someone else’s home so be mindful of the loud steps at night. The house is walking distance to an entrance to the beach, some local shops, bars and a couple of restaurants. 5 min drive to main shopping centers. We were so lucky to have found Debbie’s home & can’t wait to plan more trips in the future.

What a gem! If you want a cute, conveniently located, comfortable place in Santa Barbara, look no further. Everything from the back patio to the rooftop garden was terrific, and we felt right at home. Short walks to the Funk Zone, the beach, State Street, and the harbor made this a 10/10 experience. We will return!

Dave is a great host. The apartment is beautiful. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking equipment. I had a couple of small things come up during my stay, but Dave took care of them right away (even on a Saturday evening!). There was some noise from the street and the equipment on the building but nothing that a pair of basic ear plugs couldn’t handle. All in all I had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying at Alex's place. The place was clean and tidy. Though it is bit compact, it can easily accommodate a family of 4. The sofa bed is quite comfortable and acts as a real bed. One thing to call out is the proximity to highway 101, which is nice but may be worth paying attention to if you are a light sleeper like us. You hear some 101 highway traffic but you get used to it soon! It didn't bother us much after first night and we slept well (thanks to the comfortable and clean bedding!). Also the kitchen has all the essentials and we really enjoyed our breakfast time while being there. The location is great! It is conveniently located with easy access to beach and short drive to Downtown. Being in a gated block made us feel pretty safe. Lastly, Alex is a great host and highly responsive!! Overall, it's a great place to stay and highly recommend it!

The apartment was very clean and matched the photos exactly. Everything inside made it feel like home, and not like I was staying at someone else’s home. Maureen was incredibly responsive both before and after booking. I had reached out to ask about bringing my pup, which is why I booked this listing. There were no restrictions other than being house trained. My pup loved the dog bed (which he doesn’t use in our home!). The location & neighbors were great, very friendly! The bottle of wine in the fridge was such a nice treat and very much appreciated! Would definitely stay again!

This was absolutely amazing!!! Planning on booking here again when I come back! It was a safe, fun, unique stay, and it was so enjoyable and cozy. Everything from start to finish was perfect. The whole process was seamless and the room was comfortable. Woke up feeling refreshed and ready to start the day!

Leah's place is great in every way. The unit is bright, well organized, very clean and has all the amenities needed by a traveler. The location is excellent--in the heart of Carpinteria so you can walk to everything--restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store and the beach.

We can't say enough good things about this rental. The bedding smelled like it had just been washed, and everything was just like in the photos, if not better. We enjoyed sipping wine and tea on the private deck, and the kitchen was just what we needed. Best of all, it was a short walk to State Street, where all the action was, but far enough away that we weren't disturbed by the noise of a main boulevard. The hosts were super nice and helpful. Overall, we had a wonderful getaway and highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting Santa Barbara in search of a home away from home.

Comfortable place in a quiet complex with private entry to the beach. Convenient location to explore the area from.

Jane’s place was very comfortable for our 10-day stay. The light was lovely, the kitchen easily accommodated two people cooking together, and each room was larger than I expected, vs. many airbnb rentals that are smaller than you expect based on the photos. It is an easy walk to a great produce market that has everything you need, Stearns Wharf, a delightful zoo, a bird refuge and of course East Beach. I took advantage of beach yoga there. Reunion kitchen at the CaBrillo Pavillion was very convenient and the food was quite good. Great latte!

This Airbnb stay was an absolute gem! The location couldn't have been more perfect. It’s just a short, pleasant walk away from a pristine and quiet beach where we could unwind and relax without the crowds. The neighborhood itself exudes tranquility and safety, making it an ideal retreat. Plus, it’s conveniently close to all sorts of amenities, from local eateries to ethnic shops. Norma and Uni truly went above and beyond. They were incredibly responsive, promptly addressing any queries and catering to our needs. Their attentiveness and hospitality added a personal touch that made our stay even more enjoyable. Whether you’re seeking a peaceful beach getaway or a cozy base to explore the area, this place checks all the boxes. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

Our family had a wonderful time at this space. The unit was comfortable, spacious and very well stocked. We enjoyed the short hike along the bluffs to watch dolphins and seals. We spent hours on the wonderful beach steps away. The comfortable heated pool and hot tub were a great way to end the day. We would love to return one day.

Rob is definitely a super host, and the location is so enjoyable, with walking distance to the sand, and town! My fiance and I will definitely look forward to another stay, and recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm relaxing get away.

Shamim’s place was perfect. It’s a really nice condo in a cute neighborhood. Hueneme beach is indeed only a 5 minute walk from the condo and is a really beautiful beach. The club house indoor pool and hot tub were also a great bonus for our stay. We really appreciate the clear instructions before our arrival and the amenities were nice. The beds were comfortable and the living room with the large tv was nice for a family movie night one evening. The condo is also close to Point Magu State Park which was another highlight of our trip hiking and checking out tide pools. We had a really nice stay and a fantastic trip!
