Very nice accommodation. Pleasant pool with the bar that allows you to eat at noon. very close to the train station . We were able to leave our car and visit Rome by train.

Very clean room, very quiet environment, very kind host made me find fresh water in the room, it is not for everyone.

Lorenzo was an excellent host; very proactive, and quick to respond. The place was in an excellent location; very peaceful, very close to the train station and the beach, and plenty of places for food or grocery delivery if we didn't want to go out. All in all, we are planning to come back :)

We stayed in 9 at the property, the house is very nice and located in a quiet place in the middle of nature. The rooms are very nice and clean; the common area of the living room is very spacious, perfect for large groups and for those who love to relax or play games together. The pool is also very nice and, for our experience, both the lifeguards and the other condominiums are very kind. Valeria was very helpful and always ready to meet us as needed. Highly recommended for those who want a quiet experience but at the same time close to many nice places to see.

Great location for accessing central Rome, and in the summer, for getting to the Beach Alessandro kindly recommended a visit to the ruins at Ostia Antica which is one stop way from the closest train station (Acilia). This turned out to be one of the high points of our holiday - not crowded, well organised and very informative The two bath situation in the apartment was also very handy for us all getting ready in the mornings Overall, a great apartment and would highly recommend

What an amazing and beautiful home. From the time we booked until our arrival and departure, Loredana was there to assist! We stayed for two nights following a 7day Mediterranean cruise. A peaceful way to wrap up our vacation. Her home is tranquil and so beautiful. Perfect accommodation, fully equipped with kitchen, washing machine, and so on. No worries, clean enough. Easy parking within walking distance of the house. Massimo was very friendly. The surroundings are quiet enough for those with light sleep problems. 4 out of 5 stars for me.

We felt very comfortable in Federico's house! It offers enough space for a family of 4 and it has everything you need. Federico is very helpful, straightforward and generous. We were allowed to use all amenities and felt very comfortable. We can recommend the cottage without reservation!
