Our stay at Andrea's place was excellent. The place was spotlessly clean, well equipped and was just as shown in the photos. The location was perfect for what we needed, and Andrea was very attentive and quick to respond to any queries. We felt so comfortable throughout your stay. We definitely recommend it and would love to come back again!🙂

We stayed at Matteo's place with 4 young kids. The cabin is rustic and rough around the edges but has the basics for what you need and we LOVED it. It also has a cool vibe. We had a great time. The kids were very sad to go. We walked in the beautiful surrounding forests and meadow (which were magical - my 4 yearold daughter was sure there were fairies and a princess with wolf dogs). We looked at the stars in the clear night sky. We roasted marshmallows in the fire place and sang songs (nobody is around so you can sing and play guitar as badly and loudly as you like). We played target games with pinecones and built inukshuks. My husband made pizzas in the outdoor pizza oven and it even stormed & snowed on our last night which was thrilling for 4 Canadian kids who have been missing the snow! It was VERY peaceful, we felt like nobody was around which is nice after being in Rome for an extended period of time. We can't understand why the area is so underdeveloped. We were all sad to go.

VACATION BETWEEN CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR 2024/25. WONDERFUL CHALET WITH COZY ATMOSPHERE, DESPITE THE SEASON WE HAD THE GREAT LUCK WITH OUR DOGS TO ENJOY SOME SUN! WE FOUND ROSA AND ANGELO COMPLETELY UNCOMPLICATED. BOTH EXTREMELY FRIENDLY, ALWAYS HAVE A CHAT. WE REALLY ENJOYED IT VERY MUCH, AND PROMISED ANGELO WE WILL COME BACK... THE CABIN JUST HAS EVERYTHING IT NEEDS, AND WE KNEW VERY MUCH, THE PRIVACY BEACH AT THE LAKE....GREAT VIEWS AND GREAT PANORAMA. The previous reviews were entirely accurate in their unreserved praise of this beautiful place. We loved every thoughtful detail provided by delightful AnnaMaria and Domenico, the fresh flowers on the table to greet us, the wisteria in our (private!) pergola, the lovingly tended garden, the visit to Domenico's amazing wooden sculptures, the generous food provisions - including their own fresh eggs - the total peace and quiet, the hill views from inside and outside the house. A real haven. Thanks so much.

We love staying at Casale while in Rome. Paolo is a very friendly and responsive host. It is perfect for a large family like mine. We look forward to returning again in July!

Valerio's chalet is a lovely place, in a private, quiet area that follows the shape of the mountain and maintains the vegetation of the area. The house is huge, in constant but perfectly functional renovation, spacious, fresh, perfectly equipped (vacuum cleaner, dishwasher, washer dryer, vacuum cleaner).. for a family vacation it is ideal! We stayed with small children: the stairs are many but with a little attention the children are in peace. Valerio gave us the games he had, a crib, a high chair, a stroller, a fantastic outdoor pool. Private parking where 4 cars also enter, whatelse to add... we will definitely be back!

The place is beautiful, the park is very well kept, the house is comfortable: if you want to relax a stone's throw from Rome, it is the perfect place. Alessandro was very present and punctual.

Beautiful and cosy little flat near Nettuno. We felt welcomed immediately and enjoyed our stay. Could relax a lot. Ekaterina is very friendly and helpful, thank you :) definitely recommend it.
