Agriturismo Tenuta de Castro

PeterRating, 5 stars9 months ago
Thank you to Edoardo for his courtesy and efficiency, always ready to help when requested. The apartment is exactly the one in the photos. Perfect for me who had to do some work waiting for my son to finish his sailing cruise. Quiet and fast connection even if with some , rare, instability. In this case, too, Edoardo immediately offered to change the router, which I did not consider necessary. Just one warning, you must have a means of transport because stores, bars and restaurants are a few kilometers away.

Apartment "Vigna Licia 2" with pool and Jacuzzi

DavidRating, 5 stars6 months ago
A haven away from the hustle and bustle of Rome. Only a 15 min drive from the station where you can hop on the metro and be at the heart of the city in 15 mins. The house was really well equipped set in beautiful gardens that are perfect for relaxing in after a busy day. Licia was there to greet us and was welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable about the area giving us some great tips on what to do and where to go. Highly recommended.

Country Villa Due Querce with Pool near Rome

TashRating, 5 stars7 months ago
Our group of six had an absolutely brilliant stay. Antonia was an incredibly responsive and friendly host and Adrian was also so helpful, coming every day to clean the pool and offer fresh eggs or any help we needed. The house itself is huge. It is charmingly rustic, very clean and has everything you would need. The views from the house and gardens are extraordinary. The pool is also very large and there are lots of activities (badminton, table tennis, visiting the donkeys and Ketchup the horse!) for in between sunbathing. It is a relatively remote location, but there is a supermarket close by and a wonderful cafe (Bar Ce) a few minutes drive away, which serves some of the best pasta and pizza I’ve had in a long time! Thank you Antonia and we look forward to hopefully returning in future.

Rome, Villa Anna in the countryside private pool

CameronRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
Giuseppe's house was amazing! It was perfect for our trip to Rome with 9 people. We traveled with 4 kids and they loved the yard and pool (although we didn't swim in it because the weather was a bit too cold). We rented a car and drove into Rome. It was about a 30 minute drive to the Parcheggio Saba Villa Borghese where we could take a bus or metro to anywhere we wanted in Rome. It was nice to stay outside the city, but be close enough to get in easily. Giuseppe and Flavia were responsive hosts and helped us out a lot. Highly recommend this place!

Detached villa with garden and pool

MarkRating, 5 stars5 months ago
We stayed for a couple of nights in November 2024, we loved the location (great for Rome and surrounding areas), the accommodation was very clean and had all the equipment we needed, the bed was very comfortable and we slept well. Antonio was lovely at check in, and gave us good restaurant recommendations including the ice rink and its restaurant (along with its own brewed beer) which is just a ten minute walk away. We are now booked to return next summer for three weeks along with our two Lagotto dogs who will love their own enclosed garden to run around in.

Air-conditioned house with pool in the vineyards

FelixRating, 5 stars8 months ago
We had a great vacation at Stephane's beautiful estate. The location and views are stunning, we had an enormous amount of space (family with three children) in the large house, on the various terraces, the huge garden and of course the infinity pool😊! All the time we were completely together. Nevertheless, Stephane was always prompt to reach by mobile phone and on hand! The welcome by Stephane was very warm, detailed and informative. The area is well suited for hiking and unwinding, but tourist attractions such as Rome or Pompeii are also easily accessible. We expected that you also encountered ants, wasps or mosquitoes in the vineyards in or around a standing house in the vineyards and was never a problem. We felt very comfortable at this property and hopefully come back soon!
A sunlit swimming pool surrounded by vibrant greenery and lounge chairs. Umbrellas provide shade over the seating area, while a stone pathway leads to the pool. The harmonious setting blends the pool's sparkling water with the lush landscape.

Olive Grove Sabina by Interhome

HattieRating, 5 stars32 months ago
Secluded villa with stunning gardens and a lovely pool. Although pool not heated, it’s fine in summer. The houses are quaint with classic Italian style (lots of beige / browns and knick knacks.) The place is huge and the gardens are just stunning, loads of outdoor space to relax or have dinner. Location a little tricky to find as gps maps doesn’t recognise the address. Bernado was on hand to answer all our questions throughout our stay. All in all great trip.

Everything was perfect, lovely rooms and amazing spa. Professional massage therapists and lovely host. The room was modern, cozy and intimate… perfect if you need to take a break from the city or if you want to enjoy the lakes around it. The only disappointment was that we couldn’t charge our electric car because the charging station wasn’t working. But we will be back 100% ! We loved it

Holiday home with a view of the vineyard

PeterRating, 5 stars7 months ago
What to say to summarise an incredible stay... The property itself is beautiful, run by a passionate group of people, with incredible produce grown on site or by their neighbours. We had expected to go to visit local restaurants but instead spent both nights in the winery sampling the home cooked food and incredible wine. Despite being 40 minutes to an hour from central Rome the property was incredibly peaceful and quiet, with views overlooking the vineyard. Waking up to see the clouds moving across the mountains and Rome in the distance was lovely, with ample outdoor room to sit and relax in. Maria could not have made us feel more welcome, going out of her way to help us sample the very best authentic Italian food and wine, align with suggestions for our ongoing trip. 1000 words isn't enough, I cannot recommend this enough. Also Cleo is an absolute star 🥰
A welcoming kitchen area features natural wood cabinetry and a dining table set for four. Tall windows allow natural light to fill the space, with views of the garden visible through sheer curtains. A cozy loft with additional seating is arranged above.

On the farm!

NikkyRating, 5 stars6 months ago
We had a wonderful time in the cottage. The cottage is located next to the owners' house and is really a very cozy place. You feel right at home and the owners had even put some things in the fridge on our arrival. Very attentive. The house itself is very cozy and homey. We stayed there for a week with our 3 year old son and also for him the house was a great success. There are so many toys and he had a great time. The garden around the house is also beautiful and very large. There are several sweet animals and as a visitor you can walk and look around everywhere. The owners are incredibly nice and helpful. We were able to ask anything and they helped with everything - from advice on the area to questions about the house. The surroundings are also very nice. We have visited several medieval villages and we ate well in the restaurants nearby. This place is really a little paradise for us and highly recommended!

Casale delle Rose: charme in the Roman countryside

PaytonRating, 5 stars3 months ago
This place is an older family home, it is authentic and rustic, but it has everything you need. The entire property was clean and well kept. Marcos and his family personally showed us the house and details, so everyone was comfortable. The kitchen was great for cooking meals, stop at the store before and enjoy the quiet. The views were amazing and very worth it.
The image captures the expansive natural landscape surrounding the property, featuring lush greenery and rolling hills that lead to a serene lake. The rustic structure of the estate is visible alongside cultivated fields, offering a peaceful rural atmosphere complemented by scenic views.

We were welcomed by Gianluca and Silvia with extraordinary kindness and availability, we immediately felt at home, inviting us to aperitifs and dinner together as if we were lifelong friends. Location really well maintained and clean. The house is tidy and very clean and its location offers you several choices to visit with restaurants that are not bad and beaches that are both equipped and not if you want to have a little more privacy and relaxation. Thanks again for everything guys, we'll be back to see you very soon. Absolutely worth trying.

Wood Cottage

A little paradise! Peaceful place, very well maintained, refreshing, pretty. The cottage is very nice and decorated with taste. The bedding is top notch. The pool is beautiful. The park is beautiful Giulio and Mariangela are adorable and very responsive to our requests. We loved our stay and being able to swim after a hectic day in Rome or elsewhere. (despite the steep slope and stairs to the pool!) Come, you won't be disappointed!

Villa La Casetta

SiobhanRating, 5 stars6 months ago
WOW, is all i can say!! As most of the other reviews have said, the photos of the villa and surrounds do not do the Villa justice, it is truly a special place. We were very late meeting to pick up the keys due to issues with car hire at the airport, but the hosts waited for us with no issues and were very kind and understanding. When we arrived at the villa we were shown around and our jaws continued to drop the more we were shown! Amazing large pool, amazing outdoors kitchen with bbq, pizza oven and sink all covered , perfect for alfresco dining. Lots of little places to sneak away and relax. All the rooms in the villa were spotlessly clean, the bedrooms most with their own balconies and en-suites were a great size. The kitchen was well stocked with all one needs for cooking / cleaning etc, and the added bonus of a laundry room meant to no washing at home! The hosts were fantastically responsive at all times, helping us locate shops / eateries etc. Cant wait to come back!!
A green garden area features a stone pathway leading to a wooden fence, with trees and open fields visible in the background. A small red structure peeks through the greenery, complemented by a bright blue sky and the sun shining softly.
