Apartment just as described, very clean and tidy and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Easy and flexible check-in. The area is very quiet and very easy to reach, a thousand extra points for the possibility of always being able to find a parking space near the house, which for a city like Rome is almost a dream.

Great experience. The host was very kind and came to open the door for us. The overall environment is very good. The room is very large. A lot of capsule coffee was prepared. I'm very happy to stay here.

It was perfect! Marianna is a very kind person, she was always avaiable to help us whenever we needed. And the accomodation had everything necessary to make us comfortable. The metro station is really near the apartament, and there's a market you can access just going downstairs and turning to the right. I would certainly recommend this accomodation to anyone who wants to spend a good time in Rome!

Everything was very clean and cared for, and the bohemian decor creates a very welcoming atmosphere. Vittorio's attention was excellent; in addition to being very attentive, he spoke Spanish, which greatly facilitated communication. Definitely an ideal place to relax and feel at home. Great place. it's within walking distance of a sub urban metro and bus stop. Made getting to central Rome easy. Note sub urban metro stops running at 10pm, so if you're out later you will need to bus but it's not too bad. Bus doesn't take long to get their at night. Mario was a very responsive host made sure my sister who arrived before me got all the instructions she needed. she helped her get in when she had difficulties. Great Host and Great and affordable place!

The host is very kind and explains in detail how to use the accommodation. It's a wonderful place to stay in nature. Parking was also convenient. ^ ^

We were delighted to stay at Antonella's place. She was extremely helpful and friendly, eager to ensure we had all that we needed. She has good English too.

Livios place was a lovely private destination perfect for our family. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and we felt very welcome. The pool was a great way to spend time together and we also had BBQ’s. It is important to have a car - we explored the lake, visiting all of the towns. We had an issue with wifi being in the countryside and also the TV, however Livio was very responsive in attending to this. If we come back to Bracciano area, we will definitely be re-booking with Livio

We had a wonderful few days at Sabina's place. The apartment was super equipped and had an excellent location. The communication with Sabina worked out very well and was totally friendly. She answered questions at all times and gave us recommendations for the area, open and helpful! We highly recommend the place and would gladly come back.

The house is equipped with everything and more. In addition to the classic accessories found in many (but not all) accommodations (hairdryer, iron, drying rack, kitchen accessories...) here there is the world... hair straightener, immersion blender, thermal bag for the beach, food containers, anti-insect bite stick, Xbox😲... Every time we needed something, it was there! The house was very clean, the garden was wonderful with a hammock to enjoy the cool evenings. The barbecue area is equipped with everything. And last but not least, everything you need for the beach: umbrella, deckchair, beach towels. There are not many shops but there is everything you need and a stone's throw away, including an ice cream parlor and a restaurant that's not bad. The sea is not very close but easily reachable in a few minutes by car (free parking not difficult to find) or with the electric bikes made available. Mauro and Vladimira were two delightful people, present but discreet. I'll definitely be back.

Fabiana’s home is a little treasure. So much care and attention to creating a little beach getaway. Comfortable bedding, all the wonderful amenities and a fabulous, responsive host. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop living space to watch the sunset or simply to relax. Walkable to the beach and a great restaurant. Close to airport which made it easy to make our connection along with Fabiana’s shuttle recommendation. Fabiana was always prompt and so helpful in responding to our needs or questions. A wonderful host! Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! After a 3-week vacation around Italy, we wanted a quiet place to unwind for the last three days before our flight, and this apartment was perfect. The space was clean, comfortable, and, best of all, free from any unpleasant odors – it was refreshing to step into such a well-maintained and welcoming environment. It truly felt like home! The location is great, with the seashore right in front of the house and the port and numerous restaurants within walking distance. Despite its proximity to everything, the area is quiet and private, with a bakery and supermarkets conveniently nearby. Free parking is also available near the house. Communication with Stefano was excellent! He was very accommodating! Highly recommended!

Giuseppe is a great host, friendly, helpful, responsive and an excellent communicator. The apartment was perfect for us (two couples). I loved the spacious bright bedrooms, and we slept well in the comfortable, large bed with nice linens and enough pillows. From this location it was very easy to walk or use the busses or the Metro. We appreciated the quiet at night.

We had a great stay at Sergio’s apartment. Very clean and nice place. Great location, close to the grocery stores, couple of nice restaurants , just 10 min away from Trastevere train station, close to the bus station, so was easy to get to the centre of Rome or anywhere else. Sergio was very easy to communicate with and very responsive! Will recommend this place!

The apartment was just as described. It’s a bit outside of the city center so you will have to take the train about 20 minutes (the train stop is extremely close) or get a taxi. Comfortable two bedroom with a living room and kitchen! We especially enjoyed that it was in a very quiet neighborhood ! Easy to sleep and get away from the busyness of the city center. Host greeted us when we arrived and was very friendly ! Also, just as an fyi you have to go up about 15 steps to get to the apartment

Perfect! Great stay in this beautiful apartment! Giuseppe was super responsive on everything, gives you all the tips you need for your arrival, stay and departure. The rooms are great, the location is ideal next to a metro station to reach the full center very quickly. We'll be back for a new stay in Rome 😊
