Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Metropolitan City of Rome Capital

We loved our stay here. It was absolutely perfect. Coffee and wine on the balcony was a real treat. I miss the sounds of the birds in the morning. There was a small grocery store just around the corner which was so convenient. The building was perfectly located. We hope to return one day.

A lovely welcome from Pietro, who helped us in and showed us around his fabulous apartment to the strains of Bob Marley. We loved the apartment and absolutely did not want to leave. Hope to come back for another stay soon!

We had an exceptional stay in Rome. The apartment is well located (10 minutes from buses or tram), very clean, comfortable and as described. Thank you so much for the hospitality of our host. Fabio was available, responsive and very friendly throughout our stay. I would recommend this place without a second thought. Thanks again!

Wonderful, quaint, neighborhood in a perfect location, close to Spanish steps but far enough away from the crowds. Very quiet at night!! Breathtakingly gorgeous view from the balcony. Treasure Rome’s Brian and Karina (our delightful greeter) were attentive to detail from the time of booking to arranging a taxi last night. A fabulous cafe at the adjacent street for the best morning cappuccino. Our family of four adults found the space tight, especially the 2nd bdrm for our daughters, very limited space to keep clothing & luggage….That said, with such fabulous restaurants, shopping and sights, just away from the business, we decided we preferred the cosy, clean, well appointed apartment with gorgeous views of nature. Next time, we shall pack much less!

I enjoyed every minute of our visit and Alessandra went above and beyond to make the stay even better. Helping us with recommendations and bookings and was alltogether the perfect hostess. The apartment is clean and very private and has all you need to stay in Rome. I especially loved the original floors and the grand building itself. I would love to return!

Marco was a great host! He was helpful, responsive and even had a couple recommendations. His airbnb is in a perfect location being safe, but also close to main attractions. We went to the restaurant across the street multiple times (Negresco).

The apartment is conveniently located in downtown Rome, surrounded by a variety of restaurants and coffee shops. It is also near transportation services, including a tram and a cab station. The apartment is thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials needed for a short stay. Malko was incredibly responsive and always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations.

Had a wonderful stay in Rome! This apartment was exactly as described. It’s small but it contains everything you need and more. The location is absolutely perfect and makes it easy to walk anywhere! Our host and co host are were extremely helpful. Thanks for the experience!

Nothing to say, perfect home. The house has everything you need and for anything they are super friendly and helpful.

Francesca met us when we arrived and showed the apartment. She had also bought us welcome gift which we appreciated. The apartment felt genuinely Italian with high ceilings and bigger than we thought. It was only a few minutes to Fontana Di Trevi and Metro. Other things like the Vatican and Colleseum were about a 25-30 minute walk away. Grocery store was also very close by. I'd love to go here again!

Antonella is a wonderful host. Friendly, helpful and proactive. Checkin was easy and punctual considering it was Easter Sunday. Antonella managed to secure us a favorable rate for a car rental at Ciotti Car Rental and was instrumental in helping us print our tickets to local sites and offering advice on local attractions. This rental is exactly as pictured. Clean, quiet and has everything you need for your stay. The sun room is an added bonus which we used daily. The grounds are private, quiet and picturesque. We would definitely stay here again. This location is not really walkable as the local roads do not have a shoulder to walk on and traffic zooms by at very high speeds. If you are going to stay here I highly recommend a car rental. Overall our stay was absolutely fabulous thanks in a big part to a wonderful host.

Federica was so nice and helpful at early check in, she helped us rest without waiting checkin time after a long tiring flight. We are grateful for sure.. Home was clean and has plenty of linens and towels. Just wished there would be more space for storage, hangers at each room, as it was missing at the bunk bedroom, we couldnt find enough space to fit in to the room as 2 adults, i wish the crib was optional and instead there might have been a drawer with a mirror. The bathroom was also missing shelves and storages for our stuff and sink had not enough space to fit the personal stuff. Kitchen was good, just wished there would be drawers and things were easily accessible each time. No dishwasher btw. The fridge is way tooo small and no freezer in it unfortunately.. which i guess the most disappointing thing for 6 people. And be mindful about the stairs to access the house which you might consider carefully in case of disability. The view and balcony were great, and restaurants.

Sabina's house is located in a very good location. Close to public transport [metro, bus, tram]. There are many shops, restaurants, bars nearby. Still, it's peaceful. The home is equipped with everything you need and even a package of hygiene items that you may have forgotten to bring. Sabina's place is very spacious, yet cozy, perfect for a family. It has an internal terrace where we had breakfast every day. The photos are of the actual condition of the house. There's an angle for everyone, but also a shared gathering space. Sabina greeted us in person and showed us around the house, explained everything, gave us tips. She's very friendly and communicative. She even made the first shopping. A really recommendable place. A very good base for exploring Rome as well as the surrounding area.

Wow doesn’t do it justice ! Everything that we had hoped for and more. We picked here as we had been to Rome multiple times and wanted a different experience, value for money and a location so we could get into Rome easily. We hardly left. The location is fantastic with everything you need at walking distance. Mauro and vladimira are truly the definition of “super hosts “ and their home is a peaceful relaxing oasis. The beach is a 20 minute walk , the train into Rome a 9 minute walk. The apartment is bright and quiet and although small a perfect space for a couple. Thank you so much for creating this great space that we cannot wait to come back to !

Super vacation home!!! There were 7 of us, my friends and I. The house is perfect, clean and with everything you need and even more, including candles to create the right atmosphere in the evenings. We had a great time. The apartment is very clean. There are roller shutters that allow complete darkness. Great location, close to grocery stores, a few good restaurants and a cafe for an excellent breakfast. Just 10 minutes from Trastevere train station, with bus lines nearby so it was easy to get to the center of Rome. Federica was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. Recommended!

Great location, friendly suburb outside of the aeralian walls, lots of local spots, very close metro with a change at termini gets you anywhere in Rome. Riccardo and co were very helpful, I recommend this air BNB.
