The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

It has a size of about 32 square meters with a maximum occupancy of 6 adults. It consists of a room with a double bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, living room with table and chairs, kitchenette equipped with refrigerator, stovetop, 1 bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. The mobile home includes cutlery, crockery, A/C/Heat, Blankets and Pillows. Rental set of sheets and towels. Final cleaning fee (if not done by the guest) € 70 to be paid on site.

The House with the Mezzanine

The house with the mezzanine is a little nest decorated with love and care provided with anything that you may need for a nice stay in Rome. It is located in Villa Certosa, a friendly neighborhood (almost a small town) in Rome, 15 mins by tram from Termini Station and 15 mins on foot from the popular Pigneto. If you don't feel like going up the small stairs on the mezzanine you will find all you need on the ground floor.
