Good location super close to Vatican City and a short walk to main attractions in the city center. Small grocery store nearby and plenty of restaurants. Clean and spacious apartment, and good air conditioning! Loredana was kind and quick to answer our questions. We had an overall wonderful stay🙂

Three suites in the heart of Rome

We are located in the heart of Rome, in one of the most famous shopping streets in Rome, on the first floor of a 19th-century building, accessible only by stairs, and a short walk from Piazza di Spagna, Piazza Navona and the main attractions. It has 3 large and elegant suites with private bathroom and offers every kind of comfort: free wifi, air conditioning, appleTV, free Netflix, bar area with welcome drinks, Nepresso coffee, tea and herbal teas, safe, courtesy set. Cleaning is daily service.

A spacious sleeping area features a neatly made bed with freshly rolled towels. A work desk with a chair is positioned nearby, accompanied by a kettle. A vase with flowers adds a touch of color to the setting.

The room was clean and tidy. Ice water was prepared in advance, which was thoughtful. The whole place was very quiet, so I could rest well. Staying here was a nice experience and left me with a good memory.

The room was small but perfect if you’re traveling alone. I will say that it can get noisy if people are standing outside of the door and you’re trying to sleep but overall a good experience and it was clean. I’d rebook for solo travel

Great stay! Great walkable distance from anything! Great home and great stay. Would recommend and come again!

We liked the proximity to important points of the city, we were interested in being close to the Vatican and it was a 6-minute walk away. It's impressive to go out and immediately see the Sant'Angelo Castle, the most beautiful sunsets in Rome. Tiziano was kind and clear, always in touch with us and answering our questions. The room was very clean and the access was independent and simple. It was extraordinary to have an elevator since my mother walks with a cane and after long days it is appreciated to have that resource. We would definitely come back.
