GUS is a very nice apartment hotel. Great suites, comfortable beds, excellent service and communication. It would have been nice with a better entertainment offer (e.g. a wider selection of channels, Netflix, pay-per-view) since the suite had a big screen TV and a smaller TV in the bedroom. The only "negative" is the location (if you want to be in the historical center, that is) but that's reflected in the price. On the other hand, the location makes it super easy to head to the beach (as the trains for Lido di Ostia is just a short walk from the apartment hotel).

Valentina is a great host and very responsive! I arrived really late and she waited for me. The room is very comfortable and clean! Very centrally located (5min to metro) and close to restaurants and bakeries. I will definitely keep an eye to book this place again next time I’m in Rome. :)

Good location super close to Vatican City and a short walk to main attractions in the city center. Small grocery store nearby and plenty of restaurants. Clean and spacious apartment, and good air conditioning! Loredana was kind and quick to answer our questions. We had an overall wonderful stay🙂

Thank you for a wonderful stay! Tiziano was very helpful and even allowed us to check in a bit early which was very helpful. The apartment is amazingly located right next to Trevi Fountain, however still very private and away from all the noise. The kitchen had everything we needed for a quick stay. Highly recommended!

Amazing place to stay! It’s right outside of the center part of Rome. The metro is right by the apartment and it’s super easy to use. The location of this place is in a less touristy area so there isn’t much to do around here except go out to eat & get gelato.. there is also some shopping and a park right outside the apartment. Rooms are very clean and get cleaned everyday. The bed is comfy and fit both my boyfriend and I comfortably. The worker who greeted us was Sofia and she was so helpful and recommended great things to do around the city. Definitely a cool spot and would come back!

Great Location, and very responsive host. If you need anything the host is quick to respond and is very kind. The toilet has a sliding door and the place is really peaceful and walking distance to the colosseum and the Rome Terminal Station. Great wifi and also great communal kitchen area . Overall excellent place and am very pleased.

I loved staying here—I honestly wish I wasn’t just passing through for a day! The room was super clean, it was easy getting in and out, it was private and was the cutest little boutique hotel kind of vibe. The bakery around the corner was delicious, and the room/flat is located in the perfect area to hit all the vintage shops/local art stores/delicious restaurants. Naima kept up with me and answered all of my questions/was super kind every step of the way!!! Truly a little gem. I would love to stay here again!!!

We loved our stay here, it’s in the area of Testaccio which has a chilled atmosphere, with vibrant restaurants and cafes in walking distance. The area is 20 mins drive from the Colosseum by bus or a half hour walk. The apartment had great facilities, a really comfortable bed, modern bathroom and shower, and a TV with Netflix. This apartment comes with self check in and the host was incredibly helpful with this and in providing some local recommendations. Thank you, we would stay here again!

Location Accessible via Metro and very close the Castel Sant Angelo and the Vatican. Located in a quiet neighbourhood and well connected to Trastevere which has good food places. Pasquale gave us very easy instructions to enter the place. The room was always clean once we were back at night without us having to ask for it.

Excellent location. if you book hop on hop off bus from the train station, just use it and get off at the Vatican stop. The house is across the street and save you money. I would stay again. No complaints

The room was small but perfect if you’re traveling alone. I will say that it can get noisy if people are standing outside of the door and you’re trying to sleep but overall a good experience and it was clean. I’d rebook for solo travel

My group and I arrived later than expected but reception helped us find everything extremely easily late at night. Whenever we needed food recommendations or a taxi the staff was always enthusiastic to help us. No more than a 10 minute walk away from the metro we explored alot of what had to offer even though there is still much more than the owner and staff recommend we see. Next time im in Rome I will most likely be coming here again.
