Evila and Corrado are very kind, they gave us check-in and check-out at the best times for us based on the schedules of our trains. Evila picked us up at the station on foot, telling us along the way the most interesting things to know about Roseto. Truly a special and nice place with all comforts.

This is their second time staying at Villino Aurora and with pleasure we can confirm the beautiful emotions written in our previous review. The villa, a beautiful stone farmhouse immersed in nature just a few minutes from Viterbo and its thermal baths, it is ideal to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the great cities.

Great stay at this lovely little Italian cottage! Check in was easy, host met us as she lives in the house at the front of property. Even though English isn’t her first language she was able to describe main features accurately and in a personable way which made us feel at home. The house had a second double bed which we didn’t realise, in the same room as the main bedroom although on a mezzanine above which was a bonus. Air con was in the lounge which struggled to reach upper levels however they have a free standing air conditioner unit in the bedroom, quite noisy but very effective at keeping temp low during evening. Pool was outstanding with great views and privacy. House was easy to find with lots of local nice villages, 3-5mins drive away wouldn’t recommend walking on these roads. Loved it!

The place is as shown in the photos, very clean and Veronique is an absolutely perfect host, the place is very quiet and quiet, we felt at home. In fairness, it should be noted that the house can only be reached by a small car as it is on the walls (the view from the windows is very nice.) and the road is very narrow. Thank you Veronique if we return to Lake Bolsena we will certainly come to you.

loved staying at Fabiana's place. she explained all house rules in person. Arranged for the parking next to the property. Complimentary snacks available on the property. We stayed with 2 year old kid. It was all good. unfortunately someone had smoked badly nd it smell awful when we entered

Beautiful rooms in a small inn one street off of the center of town & piazza. Four of us stayed in the suite. Private patio with stunning views of the lake! In warmer weather would be even better.

The apartment is on the third floor of a medieval stone building in the center of Carbognano across the street from an ancient castle. You will definitely feel transported in time yet have all the modern conveniences. I especially enjoyed shopping at the local markets and wandering the rural roads and trails. A perfect spot for someone who wants to feel the true Italian country life. Gianluca was helpful at all times.

Great place with a nice little terrace. The hot tub was great 😍 With the scooter you can get everywhere very quickly and very flexibly!! Highly recommended is the Eataly just around the corner!!! 😍

Charming little house surrounded by greenery and tranquility, perfect for a couple. Convenient as a location to reach the coast and enjoy the hinterland (Vulci, Capalbio and Montalto di castro). Perfect even in the winter with a great air conditioning system. The hosts Federica and Francesco were very kind and welcoming. Come back to try it out in the summer

A perfect stay near Rome! Charlotte and Pascale are terrific hosts, always available and incredibly kind. Their responsiveness to answering our questions was remarkable, and the fact that they speak French really facilitated communication. The accommodation is impeccable: very clean, superbly decorated, and only 30 minutes by tram from the center of Rome. It felt like home. Thank you again for this great experience, we'll be back with pleasure!

A NECESSARY EXPERIENCE. Perhaps this is the most suitable phrase to describe a traveler's experience. Oh yes, because it's a trip. A journey through time, in the memories of the host's family, in the furnishings that seem to come alive, in the objects that seem to tell a story, in the woods that seem to speak to you. I'll stop there, because no other word could describe this wonder.

Great place to be , when you are traveling the Umbria regon. Leonardo was exelent host always helped and had lot of tips and sugestions where to eat or what to see! Great place overall!

Charlotte's place is in a peaceful area, very clean, beautifully decorated with all the facilities. There were a bunch of hand towels and even robes in the bathroom. The bed and pillows are high quality, the blankets nice and warm. Charlotte gave us a thorough guide on how to use the appliances and how to get around Rome. There is an information folder in the apartment, where you can find information about nearby eateries and shops, bus and tram connections, and more. I would recommend staying at Charlotte's place.

Thisexperiencein the bungalow was nothing short of fantastic! Our compliments go first to Paola,a very kind and friendly,friendly and fun person with whom we had a good time from the beginning, she was always very kind and available to welcome us in her beautiful bungalow, accurate to the smallest details. We sincerely hope to come back and repeat the experience, also exchanging 4 more conversations with the friendly Paola. Highly recommended.

Amazing place! Big room, very comfortable bed, nice terrace that you can sit whenever you want, big bathroom with bathtub that you can turn into jacuzzi. It’s kind of far from the centre of Rome but I liked the peace I had. Great place, highly recommended👍🏻

The proximity to the PARCO DELLA MÚSICA auditorium is great! Good parking. Quiet area. Stefano was very attentive to everything, both before and after we arrived Let's go back!!!

Massimo's home was a nice place to relax after a busy day in nearby Rome. The location is really decent if you don't mind a short car then train ride. The train one-way to Rome Termini was 2.50 euro and 30 mins. The room and bathroom were lovely and private, exactly as described and in photos. In the room is a fridge and microwave, tv with Netflix. The cappuccino every morning was really amazing and they did offer a typical Italian breakfast but I didn't eat much too early. My stay was shorter than expected and he approved my early check-out and help me organize a taxi to get to the airport as needed. Massimo was so gracious and flexible to drop me off to Frascati station and pick me up as needed. He was incredibly responsive and welcoming. The train station was very accessible and felt safe and clean. The lovely, peaceful town of Frascati near the airbnb was complete with shops, restaurants and gelato.

Marina and Giancarlo are two wonderful people: they welcomed us warmly and explained the history of the accommodation and the objects contained: we had a great time, temperature of 24 degrees, kitchen complete with everything and very comfortable bed. Upon our arrival, Marina provided us with a buffet of sweets that were much appreciated (finished in three days😋), milk, a bottle of tea, jam, butter and all the necessary ingredients in the kitchen (salt, sugar, coffee, oil and many spices), napkins and kitchen towels. The bathroom was complete with everything. We had practically everything we needed, just like at home. Marina and Giancarlo gave us lots of tips for exploring the surroundings and we managed to visit many places, spending an unforgettable vacation! Thank you so much, you're wonderful people. I recommend their accommodation to everyone as it is characteristic, unique and complete with all the amenities.

Antonella is a very attentive and very friendly host. The place is ideal to enjoy the beauty of the coast of Sperlonga and Gaeta. Highly recommended!

This is my second stay at Gianni and Ornela's place. They are wonderful hosts and Ornela's breakfasts are just super. We feel like Gianni and Ornela are our Italian friends. The site is quiet and peaceful and within an easy drive to stores and restaurants. We always have many questions that they patiently answer. We hope to see them again in the future!! Lovely place and lovely people.

Rita has an amazing ABNB, beautiful home, surroundings are extremely peaceful and private. Close to resteraunts, shops and beautiful Olive orchards and vineyards.
