The accommodation was really nice, both outside for its location in the oldest part of Trevignano Romano, and inside with very welcoming and respectful furnishings for the type of environment. Inside we found all the promised comforts and the Host Ambra was really kind and helpful. Definitely recommend

The apartment is situated 150 m from the beach, comfortable and well equiped. Emanuela was very helpful during the whole stay. I would strongly recommend her property to AirBnb members who need peaceful vacation and intend to visit Rome, Napoli, Pompeii and other nearby towns in Italy.

Our family had a wonderful stay here and really appreciated the host's flexibility and responsiveness. The location is amazing; a 30 second walk gets you to the lake, 2 minutes gets you to the local restaurants and shops. The house was spacious and comfortable and at an amazing value. I hope we can visit again!

Great place a few steps away from the beach. Very well stocked and the private rooftop patio was definitely our highlight. Augustino was very friendly, helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend!

A peaceful corner from which to enjoy a wonderful panorama between the Apennines and the sea. Well-kept apartment equipped with all comforts, very close to the medieval historic center of Montepagano. An unforgettable vacation that I would recommend to everyone

We loved Silvia’s place. We had the greatest experience with all the little attentions, great views, sandy beach and walkable to train station. We would definitely return there.

Unfortunately, due to a train strike, we were only able to check in in the evening and were therefore even picked up by car from the train station! The furnishings of the apartment leave nothing to be desired, clean and maintained. The location is perfect to walk to the beach, train station and supermarket. Will come back to this great apartment any time!

The house has a terrace with a wonderful view of Palmarola, and this terrace alone is worth deciding to stay. It is also easy to reach by public transport available on the island. The house itself is equipped with everything you need and the small pool is a perfect outlet for the hottest hours of the day. It is a beautiful house, furnished with a lot of love for detail. It really looks like the pictures. Due to the many seating options in the garden, you could sit somewhere different every time. The beds are fantastic and ensure very good rest. The beach is very close. We felt very comfortable.

We had a magical stay! This was the best space by far with an amazing location by the beach and restaurants. The accommodations and friendliness by Lorenzo and Michela were incredible. We had a great time in this house, well positioned, welcoming community, selection of very good restaurants, great place to relax and well positioned to have frequent excursions to Rome, or Naples (Sorrento, Capri, Pompei). The only problem was that one week was not enough to enjoy it all. We hope to visit again.

Impeccable structure with all the comforts. The highlight is the pool area. In the evening, you can use the barbecue and spend time with the family. I recommend this accommodation. The owner is kind and flexible, even at check-out. In fact, she said, "Let me stay a little longer without leaving in a hurry. We'll come back to see you."

Very nice, friendly and helpful host, very attentive to the needs of us who have a small child. He left us bottles of fresh water in the refrigerator and lots of cold cuts, milk, jams and many other products. The pool and outdoor spaces are very well maintained, and the house is very clean. When we needed it for a small problem, he solved it in five minutes. For those who want to stay in complete relaxation, I highly recommend it.

We had a great stay. We worked remotely for a few days. The WiFi and the roof terrace were perfect for that. Less then 10 minute walk to the beach. Constantino was flexible in arrival and departure and communicated clearly in English.

This Airbnb was the perfect way to end our two weeks in Italy! We got to relax on the beach and then had no stress of a long drive to the airport. The house was clean and cozy! Gaia was an amazing host! I definitely recommend staying here!!

The apartment is very spacious, 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, large kitchen, beautiful garden available, the house is located at the beginning of Terracina 5 minutes by car from the beaches, outside the busy areas. Such a nice little home in a perfect area. Nice and private, super big and sunny terrace with all the furniture you need to dine & relax. Super close to supermarkets, nice little restaurants and great great bathing spots. This is one of the best Air B&Bs ever. My family needed a place to stay for one night before an early morning flight. After seeing the horrible reviews for the airport hotels I started looking at other options. Fabrizio's place is perfect! It was super clean, 2 bathrooms with showers, and 3 beds. There were snacks and water waiting for us, plus the apartment is stocked with anything you'd need to cook. The best part is that it's right on the beach - within feet from a sandwich restaurant / bar which has bathrooms and rents umbrellas and chairs. And there's a full restaurant on the next beach over (5 minute walk). Fabrizio and Annamaria responded quickly to all of my questions, allowed us to check in early due to availability and arranged for a shared shuttle to take us to the airport in the morning. Wish we could have stayed here a few days longer!

Couldn’t of asked for a better place to spend my last night in Italy. Luigi went above and beyond to ensure arrival and check in was smooth, place was spotless and beds very comfortable. Shower was steaming hot with great water pressure. Great value for money. Pictures reflect actual place which was wonderful.

We had a truly wonderful stay here! The apartment was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. We especially loved the peaceful atmosphere and the short walk to the beach — mornings by the sea and relaxing evenings on the terrace were perfect. Thank you for hosting us. The view is stunning and almost unbelievable that you get a panorama every morning, all day long. The terrace with table is great for meals. The beds are comfortable, the WiFi is fine, water pressure great. There are a lot of stairs, up and down, so lighter baggage is easier. The public bus is 2.50 € one way, and runs every 30 minutes (off season) 15 in season. The alimentari gets fresh mozzarella di buffala every day by 11:00am. It’s worth it. Try to rent a scooter and go around the island stopping at the vista points. We didn’t need a car. We ate dinner at Tramonto, at the top of a hill. Totally worth it. If you take the public bus there, ask for the staff to call you a taxi home. The local Ponza wine is great. Highly recommend and hope to be back.
